If you’re asking for a shoe size, service isn’t a problem. But when it comes to returns/refunds? Totally different story. I don’t even bother going to this branch because the customer service is so bad. They make a fuss about refunds when I had everything they needed to make one. I stood there for 15 minutes, and it was pretty humiliating. It’s not my fault my shoe size wasn’t instock after all and I wanted a refund. Other branches have never given me this problem. You guys are terrible.

The store was closing and everything was 50% off. So if you go to their other stores, you may not get the same pricing. If they were regularly priced, there is no way I would purchase their shoes. They had both men and women shoes, but their quality is not the best. To be truthfully honest, I think they’re all made in China. There were trendy styles, so if the shoe fits, buy it. I got a chance to snag up a pair of wedges in the right size. Everything was limited, so the last pair and no sizes may be an issue. The customer service was really helpful and sweet, so I was a happy camper when I left the store with a new pair of wedges for under $ 20. If you’re staying in Downtown, you can totally walk to this location.

There’s probably a reason why today the 50% clearance sign just screaming it out there – yet still a bit empty. Not bad styling, nor pricing but comfort level? no way, at least from the men’s shoes… felt like i was walking on concrete as it is. but nice casual styles. See the new lease sign, so won’t be around much longer.

This place is alright, I tend to find something there I like each time I go. Only thing is I find this location to be a bit understaffed, atleast all the times I have gone which can be a bit frustrating when wanting to try on shoes.

Cheap shoes that are fashionable and hip. Too hip for me, I’m sorry to say.
