On the corner of Kingsway and Boundary. Not too much room for sitting around, but there are a few seats available if you’re lucky. They have outdoor seating for soaking up some Vit D Staff is friendly. Drinks are made well.

The service needs improvement. I had to wait 10 to 15 minutes for my Green Tea + Apple sparkling drink because the staff were gossiping! Come on some people’s time are precious. I was on my way to my yoga class and I will be late if make my drink more than 5 minutes because of your excessive talking.

This isn’t the worse Starbucks, however, the service can be hit and miss. I used to come here before heading to the Samosa Garden with my family just to get a latte and a snack. It’s hard to mess up a tea bag and hot water. Customer service is a hit and miss, never consistent.

I really like this location, speedy and lots of pastries etc. not the location you’d go to for comfy chairs and hanging out, but good for quick coffee runs!

This is one of the most bright Starbucks I have ever been in. The huge full glass walls let so much light in and a great view to watch people hustling from the park or office towers close by. I always find a great comfy seat when I come here, and I use this location often to meet prospects or potential clients. Nothing bad to say about the staff since I have never received any poor service and issues with my orders.

Bright, airy & cheerful location, with truly generous outdoor seating that is protected from some of the traffic noise/fumes by significant planters. Service was quick & friendly, and as a bonus I was able to maneuver a double stroller in and out without any difficulty, which means a wheelchair would likewise find it an easy task — conveniently laid out for a wide variety of clientele.

Whenever you step into a Starbucks, you ought to be prepared to pay for overpriced coffee. That said, at least Starbucks have a nice ambiance(fluffy cushions, soft music, large windows, etc.) so if you want to get your money’s worth, bring your boy/girlfriend and sit till they close. Cheers!

Stopped by here after going through Central Park and Variety park playground. It was spacious and for having 1 person, she did a great job of handling some of the customers and she was quick with the drinks. Place was clean and spacious.

I like this bucks simply because it’s close to my office. If I didn’t work in the area, I probably wouldn’t visit here at all. I’ve often wondered how much of their business comes from my office building… Anyways, the place is decent. The recent patio furniture was a sight for sore eyes — the old ones were wobbly and were wood-seated, so you wouldn’t be able to use it hours after it rained. The indoor furniture needs some updating too, but I guess they’re slowly working their way through. The sofas definitely need some love — they’re worn in and saggy. The staff is usually quite quick and is good at remembering regulars. They’re quick to admit fault when they mess up a drink order, and they usually have a good stock of food around. Overall, I’m happy with this place, and it’s a good trip out of the office for a casual meeting.

This might be one of the lowest scores that I have given to a Starbucks. This one is horrible. I don’t understand how hard it is to pay a little attention to the store in general. Even if it is busy, the place should have enough staff on hand to at least deal with the traffic and also clean up the establishment. Anyways, this place was so dirty when I entered the place. The bar table was dirty and the sitting tables were extremely sticky. Happy that the chairs were not sticky too… The condiments bar was atrocious. The garbage was full and the creamers and milk was empty. I was surprised that the napkins were still full, but still all the product that people need to use are empty. The establishment wasn’t busy when I entered. You get the usual amount of people just sitting around and no one in line. The staff wasn’t friendly either, they were snappy when I placed my order, and they knew I was a partner too. I did tell the staff that the creamers and the milk were empty, all they did was pass over the milk jug and expected me to fill it, which I did, because I am still proud of the brand and company that I work for. I hope this place redeems itself in some sort of way, and they better soon.

Love hanging out and working out of this Starbucks. I sit along the wall closer to the back door where there is on outlet to plug into. It’s a convenient spot for meeting folks, but because of the surrounding businesses this place is ALWAYS so busy during the day with traffic coming in and out.

Ok, seriously, who hasn’t tried Starbucks coffee? Chances are you know it is pretty bad, and that no latte should ever be 20 oz. But, if you accept that you are in fact going to get a coffee at Starbucks I kind of adore this location. Let’s be realistic for a moment — if I didn’t work across the street I’d probably never come here. Ever. Or, really, to this whole neighborhood. But, since I spend a better part of my m-f waking hours at Boundry and Kingsway I end up here at least a couple times a week. What I love: — Every time that I order a drink I actually get what I ordered. Extra hot single grande latte with cinnamon dolce sprinkes? It’s perfect. Soy Chai no water extra hot latte? As ordered. Venti earl grey tea mist with 2 pumps chai syrup? That’s what I get. I know that shouldn’t warrant 4 stars, but in my books it does. — The staff is lovely — they are always chipper, and always ask if I want the usual. And, who doesn’t like having a «usual»?
