This Timmy’s is relatively new. Lots of seating. Ample parking. Comfortable. Clean. Spacious. Service is quick, friendly and accurate. I’m loving their new dark roast coffee. Full of flavour and smooth. Not bitter. It’s right by Joyce SkyTrain so it’s easy to get to. If you drive, there is ample street parking. Warning: the jalapeño bagel is super spicy. I love spicy food, but I also like to be able to taste my food as well. This bagel is right up there with one of the hottest I’ve ever had.

I know this is the equivalence of writing a review for Dunkin Donuts in the States but as a typical American tourist, I have to chime in and say this place deserves all the hype. We sampled a wide array of bagels for breakfast and, sweet and savory alike, everything had the perfect balance of flavor, ratio of topping to dough, elasticity and density. They even tasted great when cold! Not sure how Canadians do it but they have it nailed down. It’s as ridiculous(ly good) as this review.

Visited Canada for the first time and you know you gotta go to a Tim Horton’s when you go, or at least that’s what people tell me. I wouldn’t say the service was really bad, just unenthusiastic and slow, but it didn’t stop us from visiting multiple times. They’ve got a lot of different donuts. The two donuts I got were the maple dip and honey dip which were both just a flavorful surprise in my mouth, but he timbits were the real treasure of Tim Horton’s, small bite sized donuts which are perfecting for sharing. This Tim Horton’s didn’t seem to have much of a variety with their timbits, they only gave us three flavors when we asked for assorted. The café mocha wasn’t too sweet, making it a perfect for the cold morning. When ordering an Oreo iced capp, it wasn’t blended very well, all the Oreo chunks were only on the top. Wasn’t the best item on their menu in my opinion. Not much to complain about, just slow service. Still worth going to in the morning if you live nearby.

Since I live nearby, this place has been my go-to Tim Hortons within the past couple of months. Only found out this place opened was when I came back from vacation. It’s like a blessing from the coffee gods almost. I drop by mostly to get coffee or just iced drinks, both of which is served quickly. Though for hot coffee, I always have to ask for a sleeve afterwards. Like others said, the place is a tad bit small and crowded, so I end up having to grab my coffee out in the wild. Unless you’re not in a hurry avoid this place at rush hours; the line ups can sometime go all the way to the main entrance. The staff seem to be a little slow in their work generally at that time for some reason.

Strategically located next to a SkyTrain station, this coffee shop fills a badly needed niche for the area. Parking is available along Joyce. The interior has a rather unusual layout, as the sandwich section is located off to the side. Almost looks like they took over a former cafeteria. There’s also a fireplace and some couches. The location has a decent size, but it also feels a bit cramped because of the fireplace directly in the middle of the seating area. The coffee I had tasted decent.

Well, the service is REALLYBAD. I went there and ordered an «extreme Italian» sandwich, and asked for toasted. When I get it, guess what? The meat is cold! What the f***!? They don’t listen to u, for f***‘s sake! I give it 2 stars only because there is one lady who provides great service. She always toast the sandwich I ordered. P.S: almost All the staff are Filipino, so beware of discrimination.

Started going back to this Tim’s again. Service has improved a lot. Hopefully it stays that way.

It’s about time a Timmy’s opened up by a SkyTrain station, this should be mandated ;) And one of the newer concepts, with a fireplace, brick décor, and lounge seating, that’s marketing. Clean washrooms, no key needed, far left corner. As usual, quite busy with 2 cashiers. Same owner as the one on Main/Broadway.

Brand new Tim Horton’s that just opened up on Joyce Street. Is is small and modest, some seating, confusing layout, long line ups. I think the line up could be faster especially when you’re gambling a chance between getting coffee and ensuring that you’re catching either the #26 or #41 on time.

Me and the bae decided to grab some donuts and coffee after a long night. Since we are both having a bad hangover, we wanted some hot coffee to wake us up. The line-up is usually not that long but damn these people are SOOOOOSLOW. The cashier was lazy af!!! Couldn’t even present me a receipt when asked for. The food was decent, but when I waited for one of my drinks it took ages. That VANILLABEANLATTE, PLEASESTAYAWAY. The drink tasted like water and sugar. I also ordered a breakfast sandwich, and guess what? They totally forgot about it. My order wasn’t on their screen! This is RIDICULOUS! I stood there for the longest time waiting for that one breakfast sandwich, when my baby is starving waiting. Probably waited for like 15 mins, finally one of the lady asked, «What are you waiting for?» AREYOUSERIOUS??? I FREAKING ordered just sandwich & donut! Employees are RUDE af. All filipinos that talked in their own language. THISISCANADA! YOUAREWORKINGIN A CANADIANINDUSTRY. SPEAKENGLISH! WORSTCUSTOMERSERVICEEVAAAAAA. I rather walk across the street and have some pizza for break than going to this Tim Hortons. AINTNOBODYGOTTIMETOWAITFOR A ORDERTHATDOESNTEXIST. If the bae didn’t want Tim Hortons and if this location wasn’t convenient for us at this moment… NEVVVVVEEEEERAGAIN. I rather starve to death than deal with this type of customer service.

The line isn’t always that long here but the people are so slow. Also they not very nice when they run out of a type of bagel — I saw the lady give so much attitude to another customer because she order the original bagel but they have no more so they ask what else she wanted but was not nice when they ask. Good location it is right behind the skytrain across from the filipino store but service is so bad

I don’t know WTH is wrong with the staffs at this location. I often get Tim Hortons sandwiches when I’m in a hurry, usually couple times a week. When this location opened recently, I was so excited! But my Chicken Salad sandwich from this location tasted lacking flavour… I opened my sandwich to find mine only had 5 – 6 pieces of chicken in it. and the lettuce and tomatoes they used were so. dry… Especially the lettuce was so @#$!@$!$#@! I was hoping only that day, maybe the staffs were busy or ran out of ingredient or It was trainee who made the sandwich… blah blah But NO, Every time I order sandwiches from this location, it’s lacking ingredients(LOTS). I really don’t understand… Why so cheap with ingredients? They don’t do quality control? Cheap manager? or Do they get a ‘Good Employee’ statue for saving more ingredient? Hate to rant about a freaking fast food sandwich, but Tim Hortons Sandwiches are NOTCHEAP! Next time, I’ll probably get a Sandwich from ‘Subway’ in the area. (2min walk from the Timmy’s…LOL)

Dropped 1 star. How can you run out of Oatmeal first thing in the morning? Very disorganized today, my 2 boxes of Timbits were short. One box of 20 had only 18, the other only 15. Be sure to stand there and check before you walk away, as they won’t believe you even if you are back in 5 min.
