Good location, good service, no mustard. What’s up with that? I always get it on my subways with and the guy just told me that they just had none. I am kind of shocked. isn’t that like a basic condiment?!

This place smells FANTASTIC! Great deals, helpful staff, and it’s fine if you don’t wear a shirt there. Ask for the secret menu.

The location is great and as the previous reviewer mentioned the interior is bright and clean.
The food is fine but the service, however, is awful. Several times that I have been in Subway during down-​times (I try not to go in during a rush hour in the mornings or during lunch hour) and I’ve have witnessed staff actively ignoring customers and have experienced this as well. For instance, today I stood at the counter for 4 minutes before I was acknowledged by one of the two staff people behind the counter. By the time I was given service two customers arrived and stood in line behind me. While the staff person made my sandwich both customers took a seat and waited and it wasn’t until my sandwich was nearly made that the non-​working staff person offer to help the next customer.
I’ve definitely experienced better service elsewhere and am looking forward to better quality food venues opening in the neighbourhood

This brand new Subway inside The Village on False Creek is one of the cleaner and more efficient Subway restaurants.
However, a Subway is a Subway is a Subway. Same food choices and ingredients you’re already familiar with, but they do have a café bar. Serving regular and specialty coffee with flavour syrups. I do have to note that I’ve noticed Subway restaurants all over started using green tomatoes (unripe, not moldy) and brown lettuce. No fault in particular to this particular Subway. Just something I’ve noticed in general.
The staff are friendly and attentive and the environment is clean and comfortable. I do have to mention that the AC/​Fan in the corner where the couches are is turned on FAR too high. You feel like you’re sitting in gale force wind.
Otherwise, all good. Recommend.
