I came in here with my boyfriend today, and both of us were shocked at how nice the server, (Gatoum or Goutam?), was. Such amazing customer service!

Excellent and economical place to eat anytime as this subway location opens 24 hour. Moreover, very good customer service and I love sweet onion chicken sandwich. It’s my favourite place to eat after clubbing and I love that $ 5 cookie platter deal !!!

The most economical place to eat here in Yaletown.
Amazingly, after the clubbing hours, not as rowdy as one would expect and still a good level of service.
A bit of cramped line up with window seating all around the windows.

You know how some franchises have good branches and not as good ones? And not just the A&W s and DQs (best ones at waterfront and at trafalgar) but even the earlss and the banana leafs (best ones at robson and at broadway).
Anyways, this is a Subway, you know what it is, and this one is awesome!

I come here because this is the closest location from our house. They don’t have any tables for seating (if I remember correctly) so this is an ideal store for me to stay and eat. I’ve got a 2.5 year old and I need a table to sit at, not a long bar by the window.
On to the food. This review can pretty much sum up all the Subway franchise everywhere. I like their teriyaki onion sub with italian herb because it tastes good. I like that I can customize it however I want it and it does feel healthy. If Jared lost all that weight eating subway, it can’t be that bad for you. Right?

Most Subways are more or less, the same, but this one stuck out, and not in a good way.
The biggest negative though is that service here is insanely slow. There were 2 people ahead of my buddy and I, and it took 10 – 15 minutes to get to get to us. We waited, and waited, and waited some more. Not sure why it took so long at this particular location, but it was noticeable.
