Consistently good Japanese food. I work nearby and eat here often. Small place and can be slow at times. My favorite dishes are the red q roll, the chicken udon and tuna avocado salad.

great food, lots of choices on rolls and combos and very friendly staff. the only downside is the wait! during lunch rush it’s best to call 15 mins in advanced to order and just pick up your food, otherwise you can be waiting up to 30 – 40 mins!

I grab take here at least once a week after working out upstairs at Steve Nash Fitness World. A few dollars more than you would expect but good sushi and pretty fast service

Wonderful place! I’ll be back! Pros? –fast friendly service –fresh ingredients –really reasonable prices –sashimi comes with lemon cucumber and other ingredients to add texture changes if wanted! Cons? –hard to find if you don’t know it’s there! Look closely at the address as you can’t see it from the street and find it in the building’s back corner!

I work in this building and once a week I usually get a chicken teriyaki box. Good quality, great chicken texture, gorgeous salad(with fresh apple and avocado). Gyoza are a bit too hot for my taste, have to wait a few minutes to actually start eating. Great quality overall, but a bit pricey. With the 15% tip, I end up at $ 13+ for a bento box. However, that’s not a complaint, just a remark(it’s worth for the good quality!).

An excellent little hole in the wall sushi place. I found the sushi to be excellent, good value for the money and service was great. It is located right next to the Juan de Fuca coffee shop.

Excellent quality, very clean, fresh sashimi. The«special» rolls are a bit overpriced but are delicious. I’d suggest getting the party trays, great selection, taste & value. In case you live nearby and want good sushi, this one is better than Domo Sushi nearby, a but more expensive though.

Excellent quality(maybe the Q is for quality!). Friendly staff. Efficient. Good pricing. Couldn’t ask for more in a lunch sushi place.

I really enjoyed my meal at Sushi Q! It was my first time eating here, being desperately hungry; in the mood for sushi; and feeling rather lazy. I liked the few reviews already on Unilocal and decided to take a chance, though I played it safe with a miso soup and California roll. I wish I had ordered more! Both items were delicious. I waited no more than 3 minutes and was back out the door. I will definitely be trying out more food at Sushi Q in the future!

I have gotten sushi from this restaurant twice. I was quite impressed with the frreshness of the fish and the variety of choices on the menu. I was unable to find the menu online so will add photos of the brochure that people can view themselves. They have recently changed their hours to being open until 6 pm.

Great little place tucked away inside an office building. It’s right under the Steve Nash gym on Georgia, and you would never know it’s there unless you walked in. The owner is super nice, the food is delicious, and the price is pretty good given the quality. Definitely give this place a try.

I work across the street from this little gem. Just opened up and poor signage. Got 14 piece California and dynamite for 7 dollars. Not bad! Rice was a little chewy but I liked that the sushi had more filling and less rice(filler) also it was very fresh and the people working there are super nice. Recommended!

Absolutely no typical Unilocaler would find this location unless you’re working in the office building above this resto — not only is it obscure with no signage from street level, it’s tucked all the way in the back behind the elevators! sure hope they got a great lease lol. It’s not the normal sushi place I’d normally go even if i did see it but was here for a quick biz meeting. Client wanted casual in and out, so it is, with no windows here. run by a nice korean husband/wife combo, diligently worked hard and filled out tea during busy lunch rush. simple décor, bright enough. just had the basics, california roll and negitoro. why the 4 star? it’s fresh, cheap and didn’t break apart from me, which i had expected… and did i mention great value? typically DT pricing is always up there. plus they deliver. only challenge is the parking and the 1-way Melville but really, it’s for the locals here. Close 6pm.
