LOVE these guys! Go out of your way to visit them at Davie and Marinaside. They always remember me(maybe I visit them to much?) and my pup. I often forget to ask for no mayo but Mel remembers for me. Celiacs — you know that those gluten free buns always crumble and make a huge mess, these ones don’t! And they are delicious. My review doesn’t do them justice — BEST burgers and awesome people :)

Just a note that the food truck isn’t always located here. Check elsewhere online for their daily location.

Finally got a chance to try this place with my husband and we both LOVED it… we both had angus burgers on gluten free buns. My husband is celiac and I must say these are the best gluten free buns we have ever tasted. The burgers are big, juicy as well as organic, gluten free and delicious. Prices are reasonable. Hope they make it up to our Mt Pleasant neighbourhood although I’m happy to make the trek to Yaletown on a nice day… Can’t wait to try some of their other burger options. We will be back !!

Best food truck offering I’ve had so far. About 6 or 7 tasty burger options, including beef, bison, chicken, and lamb. Saturday’s special was any 2 burgers for $ 12. We had the chicken and the Hawaii 5 – 0. The chicken was a ground patty, well seasoned and juicy. The 5 – 0 had pineapple and teriyaki sauce. Both were in a really good bun, brioche maybe? Substantial enough to hold up to a messy patty, but soft enough that it didn’t cause everything to squirt out when you took a bite. The dude running it was super friendly and nice. Exactly the kind of truck I like to give business to.

Hurrah for Gluten free food trucks! I had the Bison burger on a gluten free bun and my husband had a bison burger with cheese on a regular bun. Kind of pricey for just a burger — I guess it’s all those organic ingredients. that one slice of tomato and piece of lettuce must have been pretty darn expensive. It was tasty but I could totally make that at home for way less money. It’s great if you’re downtown and you need a gluten-free organic burger STAT. I can understand the pricing is high since they are located downtown and for some people(who maybe don’t cook) it would be worth it. They used cilantro mayo but they could really just use regular mayo since it tasted the same. Maybe if they cut back on making things unnecessarily fancy they could lower the price. Super cute bus and friendly service. We won’t go back because of price but it was fun to try it once and I would recommend checking it out.

Delicious! Both my boyfriend and I tried a burger– he had the bison jalapeño and I had the sweet & hot Thai burger. Let me just tell you– the burger is to DIE for. I have no idea why the other reviewer had such bad things to say about the Thai burger! It has this amazing Thai salad and cilantro lime mayo, and that’s just the condiments– the burger is seriously good. They don’t just do one kind of burger with different topping like most places. The Thai patty is just for the Thai burger– wonderfully flavoured with sweet chili sauce I was told, among other things. My boyfriend said that his bison burger was the best burger he’d EVER had, and he’s a big fan of burgers. Add that to the fact that they’re Organic, Local, Gluten Free– I mean, what could be better? p. s. Go for the potato bun, you won’t be sorry! p. s.s. for $ 11 bucks including the free drink it’s a steal. Seriously you pay $ 8+ for a nasty burger combo at a fast food chain– why not spend $ 3 more for a huge, delicious, QUALITY burger which benefits a local business and local farmers? EDIT *** They lowered their prices, they start at I think $ 7.50 now!

Not sure why others are raving about this. It looked cool and I really wanted to like it, but my Thai Burger was the most disgusting burger I’ve had. It had the shape of a frozen patty and tasted like processed meat. With a few soggy onions on top, it felt like a big disappointment at 11 dollars. Sorry! I’m not rabid, just disappointed and just a tad annoyed at myself for falling into the whole«hipster» food movement. But I blame the Food Network for it.

It is a pleasant surprise to finally see The Burger Bus on Unilocal!Much to my chagrin, Amy beat me to first review, but c’est la vie! I have tried most of the street truck options in and around Robson Square, but this one piqued my interest for several reasons. For starters, the food truck is very colourful and hard to miss which gives it a unique feel. However, what really caught my eye was that there wasn’t 1 or 2 or even 3 standard burger options, but different types of meat as well as creative toppings. The dude who runs the truck is also pretty cool and chilled out as well. All in all, a great piece of deliciousness for around $ 10 which is more than I can say about quite a few food trucks in the vicinity.

Organic Burgers! So happy The Burger Bus showed up on the streets because they offer some pretty tasty options. Not only are the burgers organic, they have gluten free versions too. Some of the burgers that were offered are The Angus Beef, Chicken Burger, Bison Burger and Lamb Burger. There are different variations of these types of meat depending on the sauce and toppings. For example, I had the Bison Burger with Jalapeño and Cheddar. Man, that thing was spicey, they don’t skimp on the jalapenos at all! Service was excellent and I couldn’t have asked for anything more.
