The staff was nice. It was a bit disappointing that the oatmeal was not ready, I wanted to try it for breakfast around 6 am.

This has to be one of the worst locations. TERRIBLE customer service and employees who give you attitude. Unbelievable really…

Amazing service & product availability M-F but weekends are not as great. Come here for coffee daily — during the week they remember me, know my order, are super fast & friendly. I have consistently found weekends are not slightly comparable — this Saturday no chicken for wraps available at noon neither eggs for breakfast? Speed of service is super slow as it seems they are all trainees over the weekend and not enough support for them.

Staff has always been friendly every time I popped in as a Vancouverite(when I lived there) and as a visitor. Donuts and coffee are as good as I remember. Love me some Timmy’s and love me some«Rrrrroll up the Rrrrim to win!» This review is based on my personal experience and all statements made herein reflect my personal opinion only. Your experience may be completely different.

You will only find this one if you’re constantly taking the underground short cuts lol. Seems to be shorter lineups as only a few office buildings have access to this part of the Skytrain.

This Timmy’s is sort of hard to find because it’s underground inside the Pacific Centre Mall. The escalators by the Bank of Nova Scotia were closed because of renovations so we had to take the elevator down one level. There is limited high table seats along the hallway but we happened to find some seating with a TV just a bit north closer to the Bank in a corner with other tables about 4 stores away.

nom nom nom… I finally get it! Before moving here I never understood why Canadians were so gung-ho about Timmies. In the past it was just another coffee and donut shop to me… but after being here for a while and popping in for quick bites, I realize this place serves more than that and its pretty darn good for a quick fix. The steak & cheese and soups are a nice toasty way to warm up when it’s cold out. Instead of a side a fries, you can combo it up and a fantastic Maple Dip donut and coffee. By the way, those Maple Dips can be addicting… you’ve been warned! I have to pass on the lasagna though, they commercial to market that was pretty good but take like Chef Boyardee :)

OK I’m from the East so I have to like Tims! So many options and different coffee flavors. My all time favorite are the Tim Bits. Small, flavorful and always fresh. I’m not too much a fan of their regular hot coffee as I find it weak. I love strong dark coffee. During the summer I can go for an ice cappuccino and love their raspberry lemonade!

It’s a donut hole. There’s not much mystery here folks… as long as it’s soft, sweet and moist it wins! These were just that, but call me a true Southern girl… if I’m wastin’ carbs on it, it’s gonna be a Krispy Kreme. Sorry, Timbits!

Best hot chocolate ever. Not kidding. I would get their hot chocolate over Starbucks’ version any day. The only thing I ran into was that they don’t take visa cards. On a visit from the U.S., we were disappointed because of that because we would have bought from there every day. I would just suggest to them to accept visa cards as we wanted to give them our business. Other than that, fantastc job, great place!

What?! No one’s written a review to one of my Happiest Places on Earth? This location has the best staff. They are very friendly and are always smiling. And they seem to be having fun. When they’re not catering to the massive line up of people from the highrise, they take the time to chat with you. A visit here is a great way to start the morning.
