Finally!!! I had a wonderful (read: congenial, happy, and very effective) accountant in another city, but then moved here. I first tried two other local accountant firms –with terrible results. Finally, I was referred by a friend to this one. Well… I have been working with Dawn and Michelle for about 6 months. They and Ljiljana are professional, kind, friendly, and honest. They also bring humour to the tax thing, which makes it all much more bearable for me! I love that they state what deadlines they can meet, that they work hard and go above and beyond, and that they are clear. They refer their clients to other helpful financial resources and professionals. When I start getting confused or overwhelmed, Michelle can see it in my face and changes gears to make things clearer for me. The two of them, working in tandem, have educated me on all sorts of aspects of tax law and strategies, to my strong financial benefit. They work in integrity, only supporting authentic, reasonable submissions. Some years ago, it was a pleasure for me to do my taxes –now it is again!
