great service. the food is always spectacular. it’s really tiny in there so when you leave, you will smell like food. so don’t wear anything you need to have dry cleaned.

One of my favourite brunch spots. Warm food served fast. You can stay as long as you wish! Great friendly service. Definately worth the visit!

Came here with a girlfriend for their brunch in early July 2015. Love the ambiance, food and the service was also attentive. We got there just in time as it was a full house and a table was just leaving so we didn’t have to wait long. Would totally recommend to others.

Great food, atmosphere and staff! The asagio scone and banana bread were delicious. The Eggs Benny was fantastic with the bacon… And the coffee was very good as well! I highly recommend this establishment and great service too!

Okay so every time I walked by Twisted Fork, there was always a line up. And I always wondered if it was one of those places that always had a line up, just because. Boy was I wrong! Love the décor inside and the staff are super chill(surprisingly because it’s always a packed house). At first I was a little hesitant to pay $ 4 for a cup of coffee, but it’s honestly coffee made from the Gods. Would have had another pot of my bladder wasn’t so bleedin’ small. I also ordered the spicy pork sausage frittata and it was huge and super duper tasty. and also stole some banana bread from my friend. The banana bread was so nice and crispy — that was a first and definitely won’t be my last.

I’m from NYC and brunch fare is pretty much a staple on Saturday and Sunday mornings… but Twisted Fork makes brunch a thing 7 days a week. The place is cute, not too big, so it has that bistro feel. You can see the chefs busily working from the dining area which is nice. They serve french press coffee which is a treat. They are known for their eggs benny which you can get with a variety of toppings and not just the standard canadian bacon. My boyfriend got the eggs benny with pork sausage and thoroughly enjoyed it. I got the gruyère baked eggs which were also really delicious. The eggs while cooked throughly still remained light and fluffy and not too dense. The homemade sourdough bread made for great toast. I would highly recommend this place for brunch/breakfast any day of the week.

This is an amazing brunch spot! Me and a friend visited from LA a couple of days ago and we had to make a stop before leaving. The stuffed French toast was amazing! And the mimosas were just the right balance. The best place is smaller than we expected but well worth it… a must try in Vancouver!

I got the Green onion, mixed bell peppers and zucchini Scrambled Eggs served with toasted sourdough and housemade jam, roasted roma tomatoes, rosti and sauteed spinach. It wasn’t too bad but still would I return? Not really. Especially since I have a favourite diner already. The atmosphere was cool though and I liked the literal twisted forks. Unfortunately, the tea was Twinings Earl Grey, which is fine if you’re into that. I’m not.

Had higher expectations based on reviews. FYI — place is across from best western. One of the employees didn’t know this. That’s besides the point. Went around 10am on a Monday and got seated fast. Menu was limited, but we chose french toast and the baked eggs. We enjoyed the French toast, but the Gruyère baked eggs was nothing to be too excited for. I was hoping to get more of the Gruyère taste and it wasn’t there. I believe $ 14/entrée Good service.

One of my go-to brunch places now. I always enjoy the food here, and anyone I’ve brought along has practically inhaled their food, which I can only take as a sign of a tasty meal. I usually go for the Eggs Benny to indulge my(un)healthy(?) relationship with poached eggs… they are cooked to perfection at the Twisted Fork. It’s difficult to miss the high quality of ingredients used here, and the flavours of the baked beans and usual Eggs Benny components compliment each other wonderfully. The coffee is french press, and it’s pretty darn decent. The interior is pretty interesting, with plenty of art and an entire door hanging off the wall. Everyone who works here is amazingly friendly, and you feel welcome as soon as you enter. They also have a bar where they were making some tantalising cocktails… I might just have to return on a less hungover weekend to try some of them!

Rodrigo’s overall rating: 7÷10− Service was perfect and the food while creative and quickly delivered, was a bit bland. Julie’s overall rating: 8÷10− Super swell all around, but I’m not a big fan of browner edges on a frittata. Read the full review here

Awesome brunch! After a night of partying in Vancouver, we were on the hunt for a delicious breakfast. After some Googling and Unilocaling, we decided on the Twisted Fork. We were lucky to not have to wait too long for a table, and had a stroll over to a bakery across the street for a pre-brunch snack. Once seated, we enjoyed a yummy breakfast. I loved the fresh-made bennies and generous coffee servings in a French press. The raspberry ginger fizz is a must-try! We would definitely come back to Twisted Fork when in Vancouver again.

I tried their Egg Bennies with Smoked Salmon($ 16). The eggs were cooked perfectly and served with thick, crunchy brioche. The beans were delicious and the smoked salmon was fresh. Nothing special with the rosti. The service was fast and friendly and since I came here on a weekday, there was no line-up. Their website has a link to check the current line-up, very useful for those busy weekend morning.

We were excited when we arrived as there was no line. However, when talking to the host, he let us know it was about a 45 minute wait. We figured that was fine — we could walk around a bit and come back. When we came back(after an hour) there was still a 15 minute wait, he said. So, in total, we actually waited almost two full hours as his 15 min estimate was much longer. I had the Eggs Benedict with the Maple Turkey Sausage. The food was good but the bread was really dry(I’m pretty sure they make it in-house). I still give them props for doing it themselves, but it would have been better if it wasn’t so dry. This is the first place in Vancouver where the service wasn’t great. Our waitress never came to our table — only when our plates were finished and to give us the check. I tried flagging her once because I wanted to try their pour-over coffee, but she never even looked in our direction. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my friends who visit…

This Granville restaurant offers a great foodie experience at Brunch time, in an area of Vancouver that typically doesn’t offer uncommon tastes. Our service during my only visit was fun, engaging and helpful. Be prepared to walk around, as the restaurant is not large and guests often have to wait quite a bit to get seated. I didn’t find the food too expensive or out of the $ 10-$ 15 usual for meals during this time of day. Certainly looking forward to another visit to Twisted Fork!

*3.5 out of 5. A lot of friends told me about this place and its reviews seemed stellar for Yaletown. Overall I found that the wait time and food did not match the hype of this place. For a group of 4 at 11 am on a Sunday it was a one hour wait, which they were pretty honest about, and they’ll text you once you’re good to go. Service is excellent, no qualms about it at all. Ambience was also nice. I ordered the eggs Benedict with mushrooms and caramalized onions, with coffee on the side. After having read reviews stating how good the eggs Benny were, I was pretty let down. It wasn’t awful, but it wasn’t great. Somewhere in the middle. No part of dish was formidable or stood out in any way. The coffee was plain but solid. I feel like if they upped their potatoe game and hollandaise sauce, it would help a lot! I’d recommend this place if you get seated right away, but it’s definitely not worth the one hour wait!

My wife loves the brunch. For years I did not know this fact. We always lazed our Sunday mornings at home with triple lattes made by yours truly. We ate healthy stuff, like steel cut oatmeal with almond milk — freshly squeezed. We drank Green Smoothies made of kale, spinach, apple and banana. During the past six months my wife has been enjoying brunch with her GFs. Her Instagram photos made my mouth water. This morning our son got up particularly early, and after our almond milk lattes I suggested twisted fork. Within 20 minutes we were dressed in our most casual duds and were at Twisted fork. The Twisted fork is busy already at 8:45AM. The hostess was warm, genuine and friendly. She took my number and said it would be 20 mins and they would try to find a space for our stroller. Not five minutes later an ideal table showed up and she called us in. The Twisted Fork has a jovial atmosphere. People are so jazzed to be having brunch at the Twisted Fork.(probably cos they came early and did not have a 60+ minute wait) The staff are cool and accommodating. Considering how busy it got during our visit, I was surprised at how quickly the food came. We ordered: French Press coffee, banana pancakes and bacon eggs benny. Coffee was smooth, fully body and large. The Banana pancakes were plentiful, banana sandwiched smothered with vanilla cream and maple syrup. The Eggs benny came on a thick slice of toast with spinach and hash brown with a lot of crispy goodness bacon. I’d have to say we ordered perfection. The savoury and sweet combined with the coffee made for an ideal breakfast. We felt like we were on vacation in our city. I’m falling in love Granville street again. g
