Van Mist Vapor

One of the great downtown vap stores! Andrew and his staff are knowledgeable, friendly and always giving you the best price possible. They like their customers and take time to get to know you. Highly recommend!

So I only recently started vaping and I wanted to get some knowledge and possibly improve my vaping experience.
While I’m certainly no pro, I do feel like usually there’s kind of a «learning curve» or «noob-​shaming» kind of feel. Thus, I haven’t really stepped into many vape stores before. Since I live a block away from this Gold Seal EJuice (now called Van Mist), I decided to just pop in and see what I could get out of it.
When I walked in, I was greeted by some friendly staff and a girl with platinum blonde hair; she introduced me to the menu of different liquids they sold. While I’ve never been «physically» inside a vape store, I didn’t expect that she would let me try all sorts of juices. Thanks to the taste test, I was able to find a flavor and experience that I haven’t been able to get before.
The next day, I decided to go again to see if I can maybe find a better vape pen or even learn about rebuildables. Again, I was greeted by the same friendly staff and was also helped by the same lady. She introduced me to a couple of vape pens and was incredibly knowledgeable about the stuff. I ended up buying a new vape for myself and also trying out a couple of more juices, which I did end up buying. Also, I got 1 free bottle of liquid for buying a vape, and also another bottle through the Unilocal check-​in coupon. You can only choose from the Gold Seal EJuice menu for the free bottles, but they were decent enough to make you feel like you were at least getting a $ 10 – 15 value per bottle.
TL;DR
Prices are fair, menu had a variety of flavors, staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and there are a couple of deals. Definitely would be my go-​to vape store (especially since I live so close).
On a purely aesthetic feel, I wouldn’t say the store is «ultra-​high class» like some of the stores you can see on Unilocal,but it’s certainly no run-​down ghetto store that you feel like they’d hustle you for some cheap shit. Most of their stuff caters to a wide range of vapers, cheap to expensive or hardcore to newbie.

Great juices, great prices and great staff! I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Always helpful and lots of juices to try before buying!

This is a nice store with knowledgeable staff. They carry a wide arrange of products and a variety of e juice flavors. The customer service and prices this store offers is the best I’ve seen compared to 3 other vapor stores in the area. They carry the best deals in the West end!

This is the nicest e-​juice and e-​cig store I’ve ever been in. Actually, this is the only store I’ve ever been in that is solely dedicated to that. Most other places where you can get these types of things are smoke shops and pipe/​bong shops, where there’s so much merchandise that the workers’ knowledge and experience are more general, whereas here they only sell one type of product, so they are extremely knowledgable.
It’s very bright and clean inside, and the sheer amount of variety they have is insane! So many different e-​cigs, soooooo many different flavours, and they are all very high quality. Not that sketchy stuff you get from other places with labels printed off from some guy’s mom’s basement printer.
Matt is very welcoming and hilarious, sometimes we go in just to say hi and hang out a little. Andrew is extremely knowledgable and passionate about his store, which definitely shows. Good work, guys!

I just stopped into Gold Seal E — juice & E-​Cigs on Denman. The store is so well done and much nicer/​classier than any other vape shop I’ve been in. The owner Andrew is a super nice guy and really knowledgeable about his products. No bathtub e-​juice here; all properly made in a food safe lab. The selection is massive! I’ll totally be back.
