Win Cheong Enterprises Ltd

Very nice people run this store.
Pretty much fulfill all your kitchen and cooking needs at about ¹⁄₃ or ¼ of what you thought it would cost.
I get my pots, wok and utensils from here. I find that’s the stuff that add up the most and you’d least expect it.
I also like getting my sharpening stones and beater knives here. They stock «King» sharpening stones from Japan which are the best valued Japanese stones I could find. The knives are great value, definitely require constant maintenance, but they are cheap and sharpen well.
They compete with Tinland Cookware directly across the street. Tinland seems more well known but I prefer Win Cheong’s stock selection.
Maybe if they had an easier to remember name people would recognize them more!
Overall, probably one of the best deals in town– a very common occurrence in Chinatown.
