This was a great place for lunch but it never rejoined the food court after the renovations. This is now no longer there… anyone know if they went to a different food court?

This is a great place to stop for a quick lunch with a Mediterranean feel. Very good prices for what I felt was a large amount of well-prepared food, and I had a nice time talking with the friendly staff. I ordered the Small Roast Lamb($ 5), a side of Spanakopita($ 3) and my traveling companion had the Gyros Chicken($ 6) and Dolmathes(6 pieces for just $ 3.50!) Everything was served quickly and of course was hot and delicious. We had no issues whatsoever. I like that it’s not too far from the Vancouver Convention Center, makes it easy to leave there and go grab a nice bite of something different for lunch.

It’s a good place to grab a quick bite. Maybe I’m a pig, but when I order the lamb, I am still hungry afterwards. Maybe they can make a slightly more generous portion for pigs like me.

Good place to get lunch. They have specials everyday which means cheaper combos. For $ 6 — $ 9 combos can’t go wrong! I love their stuffed chicken, it’s sooo good! Friendly staff. :) always smiling.

There is running a business, and then there’s being cheap. I am perfectly happy to pay an extra $ 1.25 to substitute extra salad in place of the rice and roasted potates that usually come with a meal combo. It’s a business, veggies cost more, so I will pay the difference. However, I am NOT okay when that«extra» salad consist of I kid you not 6 extra pieces of cucumber, 3 pieces of green pepper, 4 pieces of tomato, and a few slivers of onion… and then I watch you go through the trouble of actually REMOVING a few of the said pieces of salad because I guess it was too much. No Rice, No Potatoes, Extra $ 1.25 = A Joke. Not impressed & Not coming back.

Was debating what to get from International Food Court. Not in mood for Indian food(India Abroad). And was tired of sandwiches all the time at work(Sandwich Plus). This stall to the left of India Abroad and its cheap special caught my eye. So, the Roast Chicken it is! I don’t have a lot of experience with Greek food, so no comments on authenticity or whatever — just gonna tell it like it is. The succulent juicy chicken leg with thigh attached was really, well, succulent and juicy! Salad was much better than those pathetic scraps of lettuce you get at India Abroad. Lots of carbs, but hey at least there’s a variation — rice, pita bread, potato. My plate was piled high! All that came to only $ 6.27 after tax. Ohhhhhhhhhhh yeah! CASH&DEBITONLY.

Just had a quick bite at Zorbas and the food is a good size for lunch. I ordered the vegetarian moussaka which came with Greek salad, rice, 1 piece of roast potato and pita bread. The moussaka was good, but I admit, — I need some meat! The tzatziki sauce was creamy and I enjoyed it with my potato, although I wish I had a bit more roasted potato. For $ 5.99(including tax), the meal was satisfying and did its job.

Zorba’s does good greek for lunch. Their prices are great, they have friendly staff and the line is never busy like the over-rated India Abroad next door. I’m a particular fan of their chicken tenders and the lamb. i can’t believe how much lamb you get on your plate. it’s taken from the shoulder and braised for a LONG time so it’s super tender. good eats.
