Found this place through Unilocal, and we do love the paint pictures on the walls. Ordered drunken noodles and Paa See Ee. They both taste so delicious with the chilies combination. The place is very clean and the Asian waitress is very nice too!

Me-Oh-My I love me some Thai! On our last day of our weekend getaway in Victoria we needed a quick bite to eat that we could easily take away and eat with our dog in the park. Luckily we happened to park right behind Noodle Cart and their menu sounded delicious! We ordered the Bangkok Pad Thai and the Spring Rolls — both awesome! I would definitely go medium on the spice level as mild was fairly sweet. The plum sauce was heavenly and paired perfectly with the super-deep-fried spring rolls. SOMUCHCRISPITYCRUNCH! Noodle Cart… I’ll Be Bah-k.

I used to love this place due to an excellent service and food esp noodles. Unfortunately, their noodles taste inconsistent and the service not good as it used to be. Figured my favorite servers are gone.

Mediocre food and mediocre service. Really nothing special. So much better restaurant around the area. Another star taken away for not having Thai iced tea. How can you run out of Thai iced tea at a Thai restaurant??? Will I come back, probably not!

From the outside the place looks very ordinary. The interior is clean, nice and unpretentious. Good friendly service and food was delicious. Had Tom Yum soup, satay chicken and friend rice. Will be coming back again! Update: did go back for lunch today and had a spring roll, and the Penang curry with chicken. Very delicious!

The NC is a great place right in the middle of Vic to enjoy a nice meal. Reasonable prices, a large menu selection and very tasty. Yum!

Food is very good but staff are very inexperienced. Think they just hired first person to walk through door as server. Thai place down one block, «Baan Thai» has fabulous food and amazing staff.

Mediocre. We ordered a Thai feast to the tune of $ 70, but wound up with soggy noodles, half-filled boxes of food, and a lot of wishing we’d gone elsewhere. The portions are small, the flavors are weak, and the food lacks any sense of enthusiasm. I won’t be back.

Pleasantly surprised by this place. Ordered the pad see ew with chicken and broccoli with beef. The pad see ew noodles were amazing! They were chewy without being overly greasy. My son is a picky eater and he loved it.

The food was amazing! We had red curry and cashew chicken and both were pretty good. This is not a fancy place, so if you are looking for a more romantic atmosphere, this is not the place. If you just want casual meal and good food, this is the place.

3.5 I think this place is good place for Thai food so far. Since I’ve lived in Thailand for a long time, I might be a little bit picky. First time I went there with a group of my friend, I got a chance to talk with the chef and told them specific flavors that we want. So I felt the food was perfect that time. For appetizer, deep fried pork was a great choice. The tamarind dipping sauce was tasty. I got the Sukhothai noodle, which was really good too, and it was huge! Second time I went there, my friend and I we got the drunken noodle and green(raw) papaya salad. The noodle was okay for me in my opinion. It wasnt authentic Thai. It tastes good, but was too juicy(like wet). The papaya salad was better; I enjoyed this one a lot more. The service was nice both times I visited. And the price wasnt bad too.

Super cool owner treated us great! Dropped in Sunday for lunch and had Jungle Rolls(excellent), pad Thai(not bad but tasted like cinnamon?), and a delicious chicken green curry(really really good). The décor is fun and the service was spot on. They have good drinks(Caesars) too. Oh, and the portions are large!

The food was alright. I had no complaints about the food. However, the service was terrible and unpleasant. My friends and I received our food and were checked on ONCE(approximately one minute after receiving food). We would have been more understanding, had we not been the only table dining(literally) . Then after we had received our bills, our server came to take our payments while she was on her phone, and we could tell that this was not a customer on the phone with her. I had never been so poorly serviced. Never going back here ever again. I would give them zero stars if I could.

Decent thai food. We had dinner here while on holiday. Panang curry was excellent. Larb was okay. Chicken satay was a little sweeter than I like. Definitely good for satisfying thai cravings.

Had delivery service. The woman on the phone was extremely friendly and helpful, the delivery was quick and also a very friendly employee. Best part, the food comes in those tall boxes with handles! First time eating this kind if food and we both loved it! What we had was Very spicy but in a great way if you like spicy. Definitely will come here again.

I ordered the Drunken Noodle(medium hot) and probably should have gone a little hotter. The vegetables in the dish are sooo fresh, you can really taste the difference with good fresh veggies. I would highly recommend this place and would come back again and again!

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of Thai food at Noodle Cart. They bill themselves as Bangkok, Korat, or elsewhere street quality(read authentic) and they live up to it. Mg first dish was nam tok(beef waterfall salad) and it was pretty good. My only complaint is it could have used a little more lime juice and let the onions pickle in it a little to cut through the raw onion flavor. Other than that, the roasted ground rice texture and spice was fantastic. I also had massuman curry. I ordered it with chicken and it was great, but after speaking with the waitress I learned they braise their beef for that fall apart goodness. Next time, order with beef! There is a lot of seating to accommodate large parties, the food comes out quickly and the flavor is top notch. This was a good start to my holiday in Victoria; I’d recommend this place for some authentic Thai food.

This was an amazing restaurant. The front desk clerk at our hotel recommended it to us. I ordered Tom Yum soup and the Larb. I got the soup medium spiced but next time I would get it mild. It was a little bit spicy for me to enjoy fully. The Larb with shredded pork was exceptional. I would love to try this place again when I am back in Victoria.
