Terrific lunch! I popped in for a quick lunch and was really impressed! The chicken sandwich was a hit! Tried a chocolate chip cookie and it was yummy too! Thank you :)

This is a Portland-style ‘order at the counter and then take a seat’ kind of place. Friendly service. The food is spectacular — carefully prepared, artfully plated, masterfully seasoned. The restaurant is flooded with natural light during the day. The Moroccan fries are addictive. Charred broccoli excellent. Falafel barley platter is generously portioned. The carrot salad is an art piece! Thank you! We will be back on our next trip to Victoria.

One of our favourite places to get a quick bite to eat. Very fairly priced and we like the farm-to-table idea. The décor is simple but interesting, and the atmosphere is laid back and comfortable. The surrounding neighbourhood isn’t the best but this place feels like a safe haven and the food is definitely worth it. Try the rare tuna sandwich and their Moroccan fries. You will probably need another serving of dip for the fries. Don’t be shy to ask. The staff are warm and friendly.

Went here for a casual dinner with a couple friends. We all really enjoyed the food — everything tasted fresh and was plated with care. Prices are very reasonable(probably due to the location; commercial rent in Quadra Village must be cheap compared to downtown). This is a self-service place. The only thing they do is bring your plate to the table; you have to get your own cutlery and water, and bus your own dirty dishes afterwards. So I’m not sure why the payment terminal prompts you for a tip. Feels sneaky and forced, just like at other self-serve places like Big Wheel. Service was fast and friendly, though I could do without the twentysomething cashier calling me «love» in every sentence. «What can I get you, love? Would you like your receipt, love? The washroom’s around the corner, love.» I’ve noticed this is a trend among younger staff at other eateries in town. Kids today… *shrug* Anyways, the food was great, so I’ll definitely return!

we like this place. you can get good food at decent prices because of their cafeteria-style setup(you order and pay at the counter) the food is adventurous, occasionally missing the mark but largely quite tasty. I ate the most beautiful salad of my life there. I don’t like that they ask you to pay separately for each thing you order instead of letting you run a tab. It also could be open a little later(only open til 8)

I tried the rare seared tuna bowl, with beans, pickled veggies and kale. Was pleasantly surprised. Very flavourful, and very fresh tasting. Tuna was average, but they somehow turned a meal which consisted largely of beans into something very tasty… down to the last bite. All the options looked good, and I would definitely return to try some others! Original menu and everything is either local, ocean-friendly, or ethically raised. You order up at the front area, and they bring your meal to your seat once ready. Beer and wine also available.

Tonight was my second time eating at Part and Parcel. What a great restaurant! Novel items, warm ambience, super friendly staff, delicious food — and very affordable — who could ask for anything more???

Having just moved here from Seattle, Part and Parcel was a great new addition to the Victoria Food Scene. We have been here just about once a week since it has opened and have tried pretty much everything on the menu. There really are no lows. Some things are a little higher than others, but they are all great. Love the chicken sandwich, love the Goat Ragu, Fries are pretty good, but huge order, i forget what soup we had that was amazing, but all of them have been good+ to great, so order away! Oh the chicken wings– get them. They are something that I order somewhat frequently think oh these are going to be great only to be let down– Part and Parcels did not let me down. I don’t know what else to say, its great food, friendly people probably my top3 favorite restaurants in Victoria and top visited one. Don’t forget they have free parking in the lot. If i have to give one complaint, and it’s hardly a complaint it is that there is no cadence to your food, you get the salad and the entrée at the same time. not a big deal esp after you try the food.

Finally something promising in Quadra Village where there had been a rotating door of restaurants for some years. .. . A funky, clean industrial interior of simple table settings, some with pillows, with the kitchen and order counter the centre draw. Order at the counter, for take out or delivered to your table. Fresh and creative salads, sandwiches, entrees and desserts that change weekly on the fresh sheet and chalk board. My first visit was a bad start: my beet and grilled cheddar sandwich($ 7.00) was low on cheese, with beets slipping out, and burnt black bread on the underside. I would have returned it, if I hadn’t taken it out to a nearby park. More cheese and attention grilling, with the beet slices perforated(like White Castle sliders) then the cheese may have oozed through and made for a worthy sandwich. My second visit was four star gourmet, picture-perfect, warm squash and carrot salad($ 9.00), with layers of fresh winter greens, carrots and cauliflower, mustard seeds, pickled vegetables, crunchy seeds, and a carrot-citrus dressing. Satisfying, nutritious and one of the best salads in town. Now I’m intrigued and will return. .. .

Love this place! The neighbourhood needed a good lunch/early dinner place. Part and Parcel has friendly owners and staff, really tasty food, and a decent selection of beer with a few wines as well. If you want something specific to drink, it’s also BYOB for a small corkage fee. Try the tuna sandwich! You will not be disappointed. :) It’s like a Niçoise salad in a sandwich form!
