Yummy baby back ribs with endless fries. Delicious whisky BBQ sauce. Clean and attentive staff. Large portions so shared 1 between 2 so great value.

In addition to issues below, this location has a high-​pitched whine in the air conditioning system which is an unbearable sound and has been there for months! The staff are aware of it but clearly management doesn’t care. They are losing customers. Also my BC Sunny Start was so dry I had to ask for sauce on the side. Bun felt/​tasted like it was left put overnight. You must wonder why I keep trying this place? I love White Spot and this location is handy but simply terrible. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me and I will not be back.
Earlier review: Standard White Spot food so no complaints there but this location needs to seriously reconsider the layout of the front of the restaurant. Every single time I go, I wait and wait up front in an empty restaurant because the staff is in the kitchen and can’t see or hear guests arrive. Get a bell, at least!

We broke the cardinal restaurant rule, after leaving a memorial a group of us decided to grab a bite to eat together. Not a small group, but 15 of us with out a reservation wandered in here. The staff were so nice and said oh, well if you can wait a few minutes (maybe 4?) they set up a large private conference style room for us. They weren’t mad at us at all, hmm these island folks are pretty nice! That would not fly in vancity. |They even indulged my request for a milkshake mixed with two flavours :)
