Pizza Hut & Taco Bell

THE ABSOLUTELY worst service possible… we ordered one month ago and never got the order after waiting 2.5 hours, calling in twice to ask where the order was and then ordered from Waterdown PizzaPizza who delivered in 41 minutes and only THEN did the PizzaHut driver show up.
So we tried again last night — we love the pizza, but the service… good god… we again had to call in after 65 minutes to ask and were told the driver couldn’t find our house… sigh…it is in the core of Waterdown on every map and when he finally showed up at the door — sorry, is all he could say, my GPS said you lived the other way as he held up his left hand and said ‘turn right’ sigh…
To top it off — of course, we didn’t get what we ordered… sigh…they forgot the wings and sent some kind of chicken nuggets… sigh… We’re DONE with the Waterdown PizzaHut — the new owners know NADA about service… so we’ll find another spot to order from from now on! #badCustService

Frig, I love Taco Bell.
If you said to me — tonight you can have a porterhouse steak with a glass of red wine — or spend $ 6 at Taco Bell, I’d take option 2. A fresh, hot bean burrito with hot sauce is so satisfying, I could eat one a day.
My issue with this TB (since this is the one I frequent most often) is the consistency. Last month I ordered a bean burrito that had a dry flakey paste on it, something with a graininess between bacon bits and sawdust. I actually pulled over on Waterdown road because I didn’t think it was food. It was either severely burnt beans, or the dehydrated flakes that become the bean paste. I can sort of understand something like spoiled salsa, where you might not know it’s bad by looking at it… but in this case, someone scooped it on there by hand. I don’t expect wonders from TB, but this was awful.
And PepsiCo, if you are reading this, please please please consider reopening that Taco Bell on Main street. It’s now become a cheque cashing place, and Hamilton doesn’t need any more of those. Thank you.

Best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Great service, good quantity, great prices and, they are the only TB in the area that has Fire Sauce. This location is consistently better than the Hamilton location and light years better than the sub standard Oakville location!
