Love this Starbucks. It’s big, it’s got Starbucks drinks. Only problem is sometimes it’s very busy. Otherwise a five star review.

Out of ingredients to make the Caramel Apple Spice latte and mango black tea lemonade. Very crowded yet still organized. The person calling the names for the finished drinks wasn’t as loud as most Starbucks but was very apologetic when he gave me a wet straw and quickly replaced it.

The Starbucks here is fairly big with a lot of seating and an upstairs area that’s somewhat distant from the crowded front counter. At first it looks really nice because this location is bigger than most others attached to a Chapters, but it’s way too crowded. The lines to order and to pick up orders are both really long. Since there are so many customers, the baristas here aren’t as nice and friendly as other locations since their main focus is just to keep up with the orders. They’re always out of ingredients so it’s irritating when multiple things that I try to order are unavailable.

When I go to Chapters, part of the experience is to get a beverage of choice from this local Starbucks inside the Chapters building. As is usual with Starbucks, I have no trouble spending time at this store, and judging by the seemingly continuous crowds here, neither does anyone else. Staff make quick work of the lines here, but like everywhere else there is a Starbucks, there can be some waiting especially during peak times. Pretty well the same experience as the Kitchener Starbucks and Chapters.
