They are reknowned for their pies, and justly so. If you like Brit-​style meat pies (steak and kidney; steak and mushroom etc.), or even ones that are contemporary Brit, with chicken curry and other such yummies concealed within the tasty pastry, then they’re the place to go in the K-​dub! They also have nice lunch specials, often with home made soup or salad on the side. Everything I have ever had here has been delicious!
Lastly, they have lots of treats from the UK, from shortbreads of various sorts to Flake bars.
I only hold back from giving them five stars because though there are tables and seating there, it’s fairly minimal and ultilitarian – not big on the ambiance, let’s say. But ultimately, it’s about the food, and that’s as Brit-​comfort as you could wish for (though you’d have to go next door to the Duke of York if you want liver or Yorkshire puddings, I believe!).
