Love the service nice people the owner (Pari) is a very nice woman she remembers you whenever you go there and their Sandwiches are AMAZING She makes food time to time so you can count on that as well as soups only reason they aren’t getting a ⁵⁄₅ is its a bit pricy

Okay. I have to take my 5-​star review back. I ordered 2 cakes last week for my children’s birthdays. Called the order and even sent an email of the design I wanted for the cakes and a wrap up if instructions to clear everything to avoid mistakes. They printed the cake design very wrong. Cropped the images and the shape of the cake and all other instructions were not followed. Owner even argued with me telling me that they received the image and only parts of the email (i.e. The very fine details of how the cake should be). Never apologized and claims that they did a wonderful job… If they call cropping the photo design «Y RTHDAY _​_​_​_​_​«an awesome job and not following the design of the customer and telling the designer of the photo what the design should… Then, that’s pretty much an awful kind of service and product. Also, the passer-​bys seem to be impressed of how parts of the «printed» design on the cakes were… They asked for the designer of the cake. Which is me. They owned the design and said that they did it and handed their own business cards… Talk about stealing some intellectual property. Shape of the cakes were done wrong. Colors were wrong… Bad service!!! Not ever going to come back and order cakes from them again. One, I don’t think it’s right not to state that some of the designs they printed on their cakes were theirs… That’s stealing. Two, not following instructions and clearly lying about not getting the instructions clearly. Three. Charging me for the crappy output. And blaming the customer for the mistakes they clearly have made.

This place is inside Park Royal Northside close to the Bay inside the mall. I tried the lunch special which was some sort of stew in a tomato base, vegetables, and beef it needs more seasoning. Had a Latte which was really hot and thus canceled some of the natural sugar so I had to add sugar. Tried a sausage roll looks good and a bit spicy but somehow lacked some seasoning as well. Service was excellent. Maybe next time I will try some dessert. I spent close to $ 17 and was not satisfied with my experience there. I would have rather gone to Café Medinas. Maybe if I am in the area again I will try Delaney’s.

While they don’t really serve BC’s BEST coffee in my opinion… everything else is fantastic…
This little coffee shop is totally unassuming. you have walked by it a million times and not gone in. while I am here Unilocaling to tell you to go in! The lovely lady that owns the shop with her parents is incredible. she is so delightful to have help you… warm.personable.she is what all small business owners should aspire to be! It’s usually her or one other equally as great girl working…
The food is great. fresh made sandwiches made just the way you like. I always get the chicken salad on whole wheat with lettuce, tomato, mayo and mustard. have them grill it too… OMG. sooo good! Also, the Mom of the owner cooks something different daily to serve. today for instance it was a rice dish with beef and veggies with curry and some other spices… homemade and delicious! Everyday is different so I HAVE to go everyday to see what culinary delight awaits. they sell out quickly so get it while you can… one day I was bummed that when I went back for lunch they where sold out of a dish. so the next day she saw me and had actually set aside some of the dish for me because her Mom made it two days in a row! Now that’s service!
The baked goodies are also yummy and everything is a great price. lunch for $ 8 is the norm…
