Bought a Tudor North Flag watch. The store is nice. Strong selection of several premium brands. The staff were respectful and professional. Somewhat inexperienced because of their youth. I will return again.

I’ve had a few bad encounters with the sales people at this store its a wonder they’re still in business!
Went in to look for an engagement ring/​anniversary ring with my husband recently and the sales woman who was helping us didn’t smile once, suggested one $ 8,900 ring and when I said we were looking for something less expensive she immediately checked out and couldn’t be bothered to help us so we went elsewhere and found a nice ring in our budget.
My mother went in looking to completely redesign her wedding and engagement rings ad the sales person looked her up and down, and then refused to help her because he said she wouldn’t be able to afford it!
Go somewhere where the sales people appreciate your business and are genuinely interested in helping you.
Edit: the president at Lugaro got in contact with me after reading this review and was very apologetic about my terrible experiences in his store. He says he has made steps to try and improve the customer service in the Park Royal store. I’m impressed that he contacted me and seemed genuinely invested in rectifying the situation and his customer service.

4 stars for quality product here.
But 3 stars for the lack of smile from one lady though another girl flashed a smile, I liked that lol.
Looked at mens’s watches, just Omegas and Tag, not good enough for me.
They’re in the Chinese New Year spirit.

I was in the store today looking for a birthday present for my mom. The store is very nicely laid out with beautiful cabinets and décor. They even have a separate room just for their high end watches. They have a large selection of jewelry and the sales person was very helpful in narrowing down the items that suited what I was looking for. I was very happy with their service and found a great gift for my mom.
