I ordered a gluten free pizza, and they sent me a regular pizza. i am a celiac and really felt the repercussions later. i called them to tell them and they denied it. terrible organization and the pizzas bad.

Good mountain pizza. Decent price. Really hits the spot the first night at the resort. A little bit hidden away, we were going somewhere else and happened to pass by and my hubby had been asking for pizza so we just went here instead. But it was really really good and a good value too.

It’s probably open. This is a late night pizza joint that is perfect for late night snacks. I had a ground beef pizza and it wasn’t the best looking or tasting. However, it was 3 am and it was my only option. They close off the seating area at night and leave 4 stools out. The place has ranch for your pizza, but no crush peppers. It looks like a hole in the wall, but this is definitely a solid choice to satisfy late night cravings!

Delicious pizza! We arrived just as a fresh pepperoni was coming out of the oven. Great tasting tomato sauce, cheese and pepperoni on a super yummie crust(light and crispy, yet fairly substanital). The best in the village!

Phoned back and cancelled — terrible service(and English!). Call elsewhere… You’re welcome.

The pizza was great! Full flavor and took advantage of the buy one get second one at 50% off. All ingredients are organic. That said, the pizza is not cheap.

With the little ones this weekend and missed dinner bell for Mommo and Daddo, called reception once the boys were settled in bed for the insight on delivery pizza in old Whistles, word on the street is Grass is the best, trusted Sarah with the uk accent completely. Ordered the #15, 1 hour + wait for delivery, but hey it’s our fault it’s Feb 14 and 7:40. Despite being rudely put on hold by the token temporary Australian mate, we hungered down based on Sarah’s recon. It was BY far the best wait, it was incredible, so balanced. kudos Sara from Horstman House.

AOK pizza. If you’re looking for a quick bite while strolling through the shopping area, not a bad place to check out. It’s small and hidden in an alcove next to Starbuck’s. They have a small dining area, could probably hold 15 max. There’s a few combos you can choose from, 1 – 2 slices along with a drink. Pizzas seem fresh. Ended up getting a slice of pepperoni with a can of soda… just $ 5, not too shabby at all. Pizza was crisp without being too oily. Almost seemed like a deep dish pizza that wasn’t deep enough… Overall, pretty standard.

Well, I guess I had high expectations considering the reviews. It’s a very clean place. The pizza and salad, however, were very average and the hospitality a bit cold. I wouldn’t recommend it.

This was our second experience in 2 months coming to Whistler and we were cracking the Hawaiian pizza from Grass Roots. I was a bit concerned it might have been a fluke that it tasted so good last time but they did not disappoint. It was just as DELISH as it was last time. The crust is soft but crunchy. Normally I’m not a fan of the crust because they are too hard and way to much dough but not here. I gobble up every inch! Whatever they add to the sauce to give it a bit of a spice is perfect. It was the perfect combination of slight spice to the sauce and the sweet pineapple on top. The cheese is melted beautifully and the not greasy. The pizza holds up wonderfully and doesn’t say with grease. To top it off the gentleman that took our order was friendly and welcoming. I can’t wait to return. The only negative I can find is that it’s a loooooooong way to drive from Cloverdale to get it. I might try asking to buy one uncooked to bring home today.

It was a solid place with good slices at an excellent price. Not amazing pizza, but one of the best deals in the Village for sure. It gets it 4 star rating from price and convenience more than pizza. If it was a pizza joint in a more competitive market it would probably be 3-stars, but a 3 star pizza is pretty fantastic, because pizza is one of the best things that ever happened to humanity.

Not much of a selection here, but one thing I like is you can buy it by the slice, which is nice when you dont want a whole pizza. I would personally have no problems coming back here if I want a quick bit to eat, and another thing I like, they have Pepsi products! Which is a huge plus in my book. The service got was real fast and was a real pleasure coming here and would highly recommend this place if your in the Whistler area.

I tried the pizza by the slice here today, it was very good and really filling, a large slice with thick layers of toppings. I would recommend for a quick tasty filling meal.

We heard such wonderful things about this pizza place from people who worked in the Village area that we had to try it out. we ordered by the slice and made them combos by adding a drink and overall it wasn’t too expensive for the awesome quality of the pizza. Small little eating area but definitely room to sit down and enjoy the pizza. I forgot to checkin when we got there so i never got to use my free ceasar salad coupon from Unilocal so I guess i’ll save it for next time i’m in Whistler! Pizza was delicious, no complaints from me nor Brandon. Also seemed very healthy in comparisson to other pizza’s i’ve experienced.

The family and I came here looking for pizza for them, and something wheat free for me. On entering we decided to order by the slice and the kids were quite content with their selections. The crust was a focaccia dough which is definitely different. Everyone was very happy with their pizza. They did say the crust tasted different than what they are used to, but my husband did say it was because of the foccacia. I ordered a greek salad, and had to wait for about 10 minutes for it-because everything was cut up fresh. Cucumbers, tomatoes, onions and peppers. Nothing had been sliced that morning and was just waiting around to be used. They cut it up just for my salad. Everything tasted nice and fresh, crisp and well done. Definitely hit the spot, and well worth the wait.

Worst, most expensive pizza I’ve ever not eaten. Horrible!!! Save your money and buy a frozen pizza, it will be better than anything you could get here!

1⁄30 I was up in Whistler last weekend wandering around with 5 people thinking what we could get for great deal and it would taste good. So we decide to try this place. The owners were very nice, speaking in Punjabi to each but let it go. They prepared our 2 order with such a love. We order Hawaian, Cheese and all meat. The bill was $ 60 bucks not bad for Whistler. The pizza tasted amazing, I would go back there again.

Unfortunately we weren’t impressed. The slices we tried had a certain flavor that reminded us of bad frozen pizza. The ingredients just weren’t fresh. We ended up going next store to Avalanche, where while the slices weren’t as big, the slices had more flavor and fresher ingredients.

We ordered takeout from Grass Roots Pizza last night. I can’t quite remember the name, but it was some sort of spicy peppers pizza. It only took 20 minutes for delivery, and the guy who delivered the pizza was super nice. After sampling almost every restaurant and takeout joint in town due to a month of kitchen renos, I can definitely say that Grass Roots is one of my top 2 favourite pizza places in Whistler.

I came here thinking I’d get the check-in offer of 1 free medium pizza but it didn’t say you had to buy 2XL pizzas first(I knew it was too good to be true). This was the first time the owner saw this check-in offer and was super nice about it. With a smile, he offered a medium 2 topping pizza for $ 10(originally ~$ 16) due to the mix up of the check-in deal. So nice and the pizza was cooked on the spot and delicious! Crust was crisp, thin, not too oily, and it seemed there were herbs rolled into the dough. The toppings and cheese were fresh and plentiful. All I can say is this is where you’ll meet a wonderful owner and fabulous pizzas! I’m definitely coming back. Note: One day old pizza is sold: 3 slices for $ 3!
