Damn it Lush! I didn’t see you there but on my walk back to my condo you sabotaged my budget. Lush isn’t cheap but it’s like they say that you get what you pay for. I feel confident shopping there since I know the ingredients are quality and aren’t tested on animals. I love the shower gel that is a gelatinous blob. The one with clove oil is especially good post workout. I also picked up some new shampoo to try. I’m super lucky that my nearest Lush is 30 miles or I would get in to deep trouble there. Stop in and check it out!

I don’t know how Lush does it. Somehow they manage to have consistently amazing customer service at all of their locations, and the one in whistler is no different. I was SO excited to have the chance to grab some goodies at Lush when I was in town. We don’t have one in Kamloops and while I know I can always order online, half the fun of Lush is being able to stick your nose in everything they have in store before committing towards the perfect bath bombs. My friend and I were lucky to stop by here on a pretty quiet day. This meant we had the full attention of one of the staff members and she was such a treat. She was so excited about all of the products and it was very obvious that she had actually tried everything herself. Every time I picked something up, she knew the perfect product to pair with it. Great customer service, terrible for my bank account. No buyers remorse here though. I love everything I took home with me!

The lovely scent I smelled while strolling made me stop in! This is a bath & beauty store galore! Great scented bath bombs, lotions, gels, fragrances and more! I bought these cute little bunnies for my girls(who are in ski school) for Easter. They are so cute! I’m sure they will love them!

I always visit the whistler lush location. Very friendly staff. I always pick up a couple avobombs. But always end up with lots of impulse buys. Staff always has great recommendations.

Loved my time at Lush! I went in on a mission to get some products to revamp my skin care routine, as we don’t have a store near my home. The gal that helped me was so sweet and informative– it was one of the most helpful retail experiences of my life! All my questions were answered, I got great advice and had plenty of time to browse around without feeling pressured. Awesome store, I wish I could go all the time!

My girlfriend and I visited this store to find bubble bath materials and browse other items. WOW to the ladies that work there. They were so very helpful and knowledgeable, accompanied by a wonderful attitude and cheery smile. I have never felt so welcomed to a retail store. As a previous commenter said, I could have stayed in there all day. My girlfriend and I were so impressed we even want to call the manager to let him know how wonderful his employees are. Something we would rarely do. Thanks again! Keep up the good work. Also, we loved the recommendations that were made!!! :)

I adore LUSH, and make it a point when visiting other places to look up if they have a local Lush. The ladies at Lush are always amazing, but they are especially amazing at this store — so friendly and nice! I could have stayed in here all day.

I think the Lush store in Whistler, BC… deserves rave reviews. I get a chance to go up to Whistler(as I live in Vancouver) for a week or so, every 3 or 4 months and I like to go into the Lush store every day that I am up there. The staff there is great from the management right down to the sales people. They don’t try to be pushy… and they give you the time to look around and take in the store before they start helping you pick out the items that will work best for you. They ask questions and try to be as helpful as possible. The scents from this store actually waft from the store into the middle of the village stroll… I can always smell it from a couple stores away… but the scents are so clean smelling and smell so nice that I have a hard time leaving this shop as I love the smell so much. I have a skin condition that makes my skin very dry and itchy and I am prone to be allergic to many scents, but since a lot of the scents at Lush are hypoallergenic and the staff is very knowledgeable about skin problems and allergies.

It’s been a while since I visited a Lush store and a staff member was more than happy to let me know what are the new items and help me select items with ingredients/smell that I love. I bought handyguru and 2 freshly made Masks and the girl who helped me out threw in a small body wash and small soap sample for me as well. The store can be overwhelming with all the products/smells/colors– stick to what you enjoy(bath, mask, etc) and tell them what you like(scent, ingredients) and let them know if there’s any skin problems you would love to address(add luster to skin after a long party night, tighten up the pores etc) and let a staff member recommend what might work for you. They’re not pushy on making the sales so be your own boss and take your time on making a not-so-cheap purchase– you’ll thank yourself later.

Lush is great. The first Lush I ever went to was in Whistler eight years ago. I fell in love with the food looking beauty products and I sustained that love with diligent use. Hand cream, face wash, or fizzy bath balls, you can’t go wrong. Walking past this location you can’t help but be drawn in by the delicious smells that waft out. The staff are all knowledgeable. The only thing I bothers me about Lush is that as soon as you walk in someone is all in your face. «Have you been to Lush before?» «Have you tried our new product?» A simple«Hello, ask me if you have any questions» would be so much nicer. A little tip for all you from the States: Lush products are made in Vancouver and they pass the shipping savings on to you. If you compare prices you’ll find that the Vancouver and Whistler stores prices are at least 5−10% less than back home. It used to be more so but that pesky CAN$ keeps getting stronger while ours… doesn’t.
