Use Ski Butlers! I will never go to a location again. Guy was 1 min early, had all the right gear and had 3 of us ready to go in 30 mins. No need for roof racks or scrambling at the end of a long travel day to get skis for the morning. The last day we dropped our skis at the front desk of our hotel and were heading back to Vancouver within an hour of skiing off the mountain. Removes one of the pains and hassles of a ski trip and I plan on using for all my future trips.

3 of us rented skis online in Seattle for a trip to Whistler. Ski Butlers showed up at our door exactly on time with the correct gear, including extra boot sizes– Got us fitted and we were on the slopes shortly thereafter. Once we were done, we called them and they picked up the gear within the hour. Both employees we encountered were friendly, knowledgeable and courteous and their prices are competitive. The best part was no waiting in long rental lines. I will totally use them again and recommend them highly.

We love Derek from Ski Butlers! We had some trouble with our US phones in Canada so we almost missed our fitting (our fault). He was very friendly and quick. We had a group of 7 and he was very patient with all of our questions.
He met us outside of our condo and hauled 6 snowboards, 6 pairs of boots and bindings along with extra sizes and helmets all the way up to our penthouse! Talk about being fit.
He also texted us hoping everything fits and goes well the next day and if not to call him and he’ll be right on over!

Great and convenient service. They delivered skis and boots directly to our room. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We just had to leave the skis with the hotel concierge for the pick up. Best part was that their rates were cheaper than going to a rental place. Easy peasy.

My very own butler service! What did I do to deserve thee?
On a recent trip to Whistler, I was the only newbie among my avid mountain carving snowboarding/​skiing daredevils without my own gear. I searched online to see which ski shop I can get my rentals so my friends won’t have to stand on an hour queue waiting for me to get fitted for my equipment. That’s when I came upon Ski Butlers.
The prices are competitive to the local ski shops and they deliver right to your hotel lobby. They give you nice equipment too! I love the fact that my snowboots had the boa lacing system, where you can turn a dial to tightening the shoe lace vs the traditional tie and pull laces. Although, i didn’t need them to adjust anything when I was on the mountain, but they advertise that they will meet you at the base for any adjustment if necessary.
If I still don’t have my own equipments on my next snowboarding trip, I’ll definitely hit them up again!

Recently used Ski Butlers. everything was as advertised. They delivered, made sure it was all o.k. and then met us to pick up at the end of the day. Everyone we dealt with at Ski Butlers was a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely use them again and recommend to friends.
