I went in because my forefoot was cramping and preventing enjoyable skiing. They built a custom orthotic and did a foam-​injected liner. They were able to reuse and save my Lange shell. Yes, it cost $ 710. With a shell it would have been more than $ 1000. But the difference is remarkable. A perfect combination of control and comfort. Sam was great, 17 years experience. Highly recommend this service.

I have had great experiences here. I have a strangely shaped foot, so I’ve come to realize after two other pairs of boots that didn’t quite work. I finally came to Surefoot after investing way too much money fixing the others. It took a couple hours for all the custom work and it was well worth it!
You can get a custom picked hard shell, a custom foam liner (so good!) and/​or a custom orthotic. I was able to get my orthotics 100% covered with my extra insurance when it accompanied a doctor’s note.
Since they offer a guarantee on your happiness of the boots, they are always welcoming, esp. when coming in for a free adjustment. Such amazing service, I would highly recommend it!

I bought a pair of Surefoot Boots in Manhattan. While in Whistler I brought them in twice to the store here as I was still experiencing discomfort. On both occasions the staff were incredibly helpful and informative, and had my boots ready for next days skiing. Today, after the adjustments, was the first time in 30 years my feet were not in agony while skiing. Thank you!

Used surefoot for both a foam injection and a boot punch for a touring boot with intuition liner. Both times the sales associate was more confident and accurate with their thoughts and work than any other boot fitter i’ve worked with before. Surprising actually since most other boot fitters stand around scratching their gross beard a ton, surefoot just got it done. It costs more, cause it’s worth more

I have had my custom surefoot boots for 5years and they are amazing! I joke with people that no one is allowed to touch my boots because they are perfect and I never want to replace them;) the staff in there are friendly and genuinely want people to enjoy the sport of skiing as much as possible; which means having the best gear;)
