Gone is Chez Talbot and now open is Eatery 101 at St Clair College. This beautifully renovated space has historically been an environment for(both front and back of house) hospitality staff in training to ply their trade. Students enrolled in Culinary, Hospitality and Hotel Management act as both servers and cooks as part of a well balanced training program. St. Clair offers a classy, fine dining environment with an open-concept kitchen to their students who can get a feel for the restaurant world while being closely supported and coached by some of the best in the business. I was served by first year student Josh and was impressed with both the food and the level of attention given to me.
