I went to the mall today, and I tried new York fries, I wanting something filling so I went with a hot dog, I am greeted by the emotionless cashier(on the bill it says her name is Shae-Lynne), who took her time coming over to give me service. She through my receipt on the tray, not caring at all where it landed and took her sweet old time making my hotdog, I sit down and bite into it, it is already a terrible hot dog not to mention they have stale buns. If you are in the windsor area and decide to go to the devionshire mall, it’s not advised you go to New York Fries.

MmmMm poutiney. The first time I tried a poutine, was at Swiss Chalet a few year ago and was so excited when my friend and I came across this place in the mall. I’m a little surprised at the name but would probably go back, if I ever end back in Canada. I ended up ordering the small poutine and a drink and my friend got the butter chicken poutine. I was expecting the gravy to be not as thick as it came and more of a light brown, instead of dark, so it was a little heavier for my taste. But I enjoyed every bite. The staff are really nice and helpful when it comes to helping you narrow down a choice of poutine. Their most popular is the regular poutine, then it’s the BBQ, that has a kick to it and maybe the butter chicken. They also have vegetarian options that looked pretty good. If you want to try a sample of anything, they are more than happy to give you a small sample cup.
