This is another unfortunate case of «please refill my water glass before it is empty»…by which I mean the food was wonderful, exactly what I was hoping for, decent quality and large portions… but my water glass sat empty most of the time. All-in-all, the soups were very good. I had a beef & noodle soup(had the XL, which was massive), my wife had a Thai curry soup which she really enjoyed and my niece had won ton soup… which was in the top three won ton soups I have ever had. We started with shrimp(rice paper) spring rolls. They were average, but the peanut sauce with them was very good.

Oh, my dish was really… Not so good(to be polite). The veggies were soggy(maybe frozen before, for example carrots), the sauce was very runny, bland but also very spicy(even though I was told it won’t be spicy). We were coming from US and stopped to grab a quick bite. The reviews were really good but I guess they were for Phở soups! My husband had a Phở and it was pretty good. The service was also good. I left my plate almost untouched, just couldn’t force myself to eat it. 3 stars because Phở was good enough.

A nice place to have a bowl of Phở. The soup is delicious, has good quality meat and comes with fresh sprouts and basil. Service is not bad either. This is not a fancy restaurant or a place to take your date. It is a relatively cheap place to eat Phở. It is good for students on a budget. The reason why I don’t give 5 stars is because I was not a fan of their other food. All in all it is worthy to try a Phở in this place. And, by the way, they changed their name to Phở Mango. Good choice.

If you’re staying in Windsor at one of the travel hotels like I am, it’s a great spot to go for a quick Phở or some Thai stuff. This is primarily a Vietnamese place so get some of those dishes. Their«special» beef phở is great. Lots of flavour in the broth, and plenty of meat in it to enjoy. Pretty full of people when I came in and they all seemed to be saying similar things. As well, being a phở place it’s extremely budget friendly

Phở is great and the thinly sliced rare beef is amazing! It lost a star because of their service; the waitress was oblivious that we walked in, we had to walk up to her to be seated. We also waited for some time for the staff to take the order sheet. Nonetheless, we will be back to try other items on their menu.

The phở here is probably my favorite out of the entire city. The only thing I don’t enjoy sometimes is the service. The cashew chicken stir fry is superb! Their shrimp rolls are really good as well. The only complaint I have about this place is that their service needs to be improved. There is one server that makes me extremely uncomfortable. Extremely socially awkward(which is fine, really, aren’t well all a little nervous sometimes?) but she lacks common sense. If 2 out of 3 of us have our meals, the last bowl of phở obviously goes to the one person that is sitting without a bowl. She likes to stand there and wait for us to tell her who the bowl goes to. She also directly hands us food & water, which again, totally understandable, IF the area on the table is extremely full or is out of her reach. Sometimes we like to get extra items in our phở, when a server asks us a question to double check our order, she immediately runs over and asks if there is a problem. when really, there isn’t. Service here overall is decent, there are just the occasional visits that I dread speaking with certain employees.(food obviously makes up for it!)

Not exceptional but great food, great service, great price. Combos are good value and a good option if you want salad or spring rolls with your meal. Name on sign is Phở Mango.

Phở is best I’ve had. Better than Xic Lo(haven’t tried Nguyen Hoang) but I cannot imagine a better bowl. Broth in regular well done phở was insanely good. Yes!

This was a nice surprise and luckily just a short walk away from our hotel in Windsor. I’m a phở freak and this didn’t disappoint. It was a bit weird that they expect you to write your own order down on the tickets and after seeing us with a confused look on our faces, the waitress came by and took the order. The phở here is enormous. My girlfriend ordered the medium and it was bigger than a regular bowl here in Tampa. I ordered the large and I could only finish half of it. The flavor was outstanding and was in the top 3 of my favorite phở bowls. The bbq beef fresh rolls were a bit thin with the meat, but still had nice flavor. I definitely recommend to anyone visiting Windsor.

Decent Rice vermicelli dish with shrimp. The rice paper rolls are boring and too minty. Peanut sauce not the best I’ve had. The pad Thai was too tomatoey and not the best but okay. So 3 stars is okay.

Food is okay but what is so great about Red Mango is its location. The strip mall used to be rather sleepy with Zellers around. Now that Zellers is replaced by the Fresh Co, a Dollar Store and a XCargo shop, the mall become lively. You can easily spend 3 to 4 hours here at this location. Banks, fastfood, Grocers(Metro+Freshco) and Canadian Tire. If you like fast food, they have Wendy’s and Tim Hortons.

Good phở, mediocre vermicelli, and the BEST beef/spring roll/fried egg rice dish in Canada possibly. 5 stars just for that dish alone. Good portions too.

Pad Thai and spring rolls were great. I thought this place was a bit pricey for the amount you get.

The phở is pretty good but pricey! I do like to eat here once in awhile. They have a good desert selection & bubble tea. However, the bubble tea flavors are limited, and the sizes are small.

This used to be the old Red Papaya restaurant, it still had the window etchings for it even though the sign above says Red Mango. the food selection was good, wasnt spectacular but wasnt terrible either.

I pity the people who think this is good Thai food. It’s not. They don’t make the food properly, it’s fairly obvious the food hasn’t been prepared correctly, the drinks don’t really taste good. Mostly this is a really ban terrible imitation of of Thai food. The service here is also pretty terrible, there are a plethora of fairly ditzy waitresses standing around, mostly doing nothing, while customers wait fifteen minutes for a coke. The upside of this place, is when I was in there, it appeared at least to be fairly clean. I didn’t see the kitchen, but the dining area was clean. which I suppose is an easier feat, because not many people really eat there, based on what I have seen when I was there last. I would suggest eating at some other place, if you are looking for Thai.
