Had two rooms. Nice and clean. However one room was freezing and the other room was blowing heat. We tried to adjust the thermostat and no luck. We asked the workers about it and they didn’t seem to care and nothing was done. Overall, nice clean hotel and friendly staff but The customer service and temperature issues cut this hotel down to two stars.

Great hotel. The lobby is nicely decorated. They have a 24-hour free coffee bar with plenty of flavoured coffees and creams — a real extra and nice to have.
The rooms are nicely decorated but could have been more comfortable. The pillows are terrible and the mattress wasn’t the greatest.
