Located at The School, Jaya One, Cobblerman provides services such as shoes repair, battery change, duplicate key and remote etc. I passby Cobblerman very often as I work at The School. I was attracted by its design, both front and back. The back side of Cobblerman can be seen from the parking slot. The shop lot isn’t spacious enough, however, Cobblerman is able to slot all things neatly and clean. The cobbler is friendly and kind. If you would need to send your remote, watch or shoe for repair, you can put 100% trust on him. He provides very very good service and will advise you if the thing can last or you shall change it. Nonetheless, my colleague who sent her shoes for repair before, told me that the shoes repair service was really pricey. Erm… She meant the price of the pad Cobblerman used. I guess that pad has very good quality, but since she bought that pair of shoes with less than RM30, the pad costed more than the shoes, of course, the pad was very expensive then. So, my advice is ask the price before paying for the service. If you don’t think it worth, then don’t buy it. All in all, Cobblerman provides great service on repair. Do consider Cobblerman next time when you need to change your remote battery or duplicate your key.

Cobblerman is situated just opposite Boat Noddle in Jaya One. Shops like this are always born out of necessity as opposed to desire and this place is no exception. A repairman of sorts, I come here frequently to get my batteries changes for my gate remote and watches. Jamie, the cobbler, charges a fair price and does quick work. I would say he’s pretty trustworthy as I came in one day to get my watch battery changed. After checking it, he told me that the watch won’t be able to last for much longer and that I might as well get a new one. I appreciate this kind of honestly and it convinced me that I will be able to entrust my items with him. Other than battery changes, he does shoe and bag repair and key duplication. The shop is has a cabinet filled with cartoon collectibles and figurines, which is something that never fails to keep me fascinated with whilst I wait.
