Kechara Oasis

Im not a vegetarian but I still love the vegetarian food from Kechara Oasis @ Jaya One.
My mum is a vegetarian so we tried this place out and it did not disappoint! You probably would not even taste the difference between real and fake meat, fake as in tofu and it taste delicious! Whatever on the menu is probably great but the thing that I crave for the most is the butter mushroom! Coming from a person who hates vegetables, I love this dish, the fried mushrooms just go together with their creamy butter sauce!
The only downside is the location, Jaya One is a confusing place so it can be quite hard to find the place if you go to the wrong parking lot.

Due to my boyfriend have to eat vegetarian on first and fifteen days of lunar calender, we always go Kechara Oasis for a brunch and they have this lunch set that are different everyday and also every month. I love their set meals despite there is no meat but everything is refreshing and healthy :)
We still go and have a meal once in a while, but then not a everyday thing for me :) just once in a while, their restaurant has this kind of fancy interior but their price is reasonable! :)

Kechara Oasis in Jaya One has a very «zen» and warm ambience, and it can accommodate more than 200 guests at one time. The restaurant is located at level B1 next to GO Noodle House.
Some might argue that the pricing is too high since it doesn’t have meat selection on the menu, but the chef has definitely put in a lot of skill into preparing the dishes. I tried the ala carte menu once and found it to be quite nice. However, I can’t say the same thing to the lunch set menu. They have daily lunch set, and there are 2 options for you to choose from on each day. I though the food lack in seasoning and flavours, and the portion is really small. This is definitely not the place you’d want to go if you are hungry or a big eater.
