Lalolas Spanish Restaurant capped off my trip to Cabo on a high note. The food was delicious, the service was warm, friendly, and courteous, and the atmosphere small and intimate. The pintxos(appetizers) were mouthwatering; I had the 3 cheeses with apple and the cream cheese with nuts and tomato jam. I ordered the valenciana paella for my main course. The rice, shrimp, clams, and mussels were cooked perfectly and presented in an appealing manner on a metal paellera. David co-owns the restaurant with his cousin, Eduardo, who’s also the chef. They’ve been in Cabo for 10 days at the time I’m writing this. To be honest, I’ve been a lurker on Unilocal for the longest time, and this is the first time I’ve been compelled to add a business and review it. Lalolas’ original location is in Mexico City, and they’re a wonderful and welcome addition to the restaurant landscape of Cabo!
