I typically research locations well in advance and then book 3 to 4 months out. I had read the reviews about the loud music and called and spoke to the front desk. The issue had been resolved and what most reviewers do not take into consideration is the location. This NH is located in a very popular financial section of Zapopan where there are at least two casinos, movie theatre, about 20 restaurants. So, a piece of advice is know what your surroundings are before writing a review. This is a jewel of hotel. It’s a 4-Diamond experience for the same price as a Hampton’s Inn stay in the US. We had booked our arrival to stay for three days and had an one night return stay on following Saturday. We entered the lobby and were blown-away with the quality and overall elegance that the NH offered. The front desk speaks any number of languages including English and handled our check-in efficiently and without issue. We received our card and it is important to note that the key card has to be used to operate the elevator, this does not allow any one who does not have a key card to roam around floors.(Security Plus) Our King suite on the 6th floor rivaled some of the spacious rooms we have had at the Cosmos and others in Vegas. The view from the windows overlooking the grounds was beautiful. The King size bed and the amenities were luxurious. The room offers a safe, closet, iron and board, TV, lights, additional sofas etc… The bathroom is spacious and has separate bathroom facilities. The shower has a wand with excellent water pressure. There’s free WiFi which the front desk provides a code. The WiFi works superbly in the room and you do not have to be in the lobby to use it like some hotels in Hawaii. Room service was ordered the next to last night and was a steal! The staff is friendly and two special awards go to Michelle at Guest Services for arranging and secure a day trip to Guachimontones and to the front desk team for safe keeping my papers after I forgot and departed. I would definitely stay here again for all the reason listed above.

Extremely loud on weekends. Thursday Friday Saturday nights the loud bass vibrates the floor to ceiling glass and doesn’t stop until(exactly) 4:00am. Great if you’re a club kid, or in your 90s and have lost your hearing. Also front desk staff doesn’t greet you, acknowledge you, or make eye contact which doesn’t seem very welcoming. Maybe it’s the custom here, or maybe they also aren’t getting a good nights sleep. Rooms spacious and modern with nice territorial views, so it’s a shame.
