I can’t recall the name, but the habanero burger was muy caliente to stop your stomach good. They have Baja Brewing beers on tap(craft beer in Mexico!) and the atmosphere lives up to the name. A very cool spot for families, right in the thick of the main touristy area, and great service to boot!

Have to say the app’s were unique and great. The meatball with cheese in the middle. Very good. Cool inside with decent TV for sports. Staff was good and quick. I would recommend this place anytime. It was a little slow but it was off season.

Took a chance and ate here, glad we did. Food was good and the portions were ample. It’s American ish food with a Cabo flare.

Normally I would try to think of something engaging or witty to entice You to a place I love. Mention the Pac-Man wall, classic music and a/c… There isn’t time; life only offers so many opportunities and this is the best Burger I ever had in my life. If you only go once(shakes head sadly at thought) get the Retro Burger. Cooking tip I am taking home: Arugala doused with Balsamic and an avocado mash make the BEST toppings :)

Oh my gosh this was probably one of the best places I’ve ever eaten! I wish I could take the whole resturant with me back to America. The staff is very nice and I even bought a T shirt. Get the chicken wings! Promise me, no matter what flavor, you will not be disappointed. I got the Classic burger and curly fries and oh my gosh my mouth was in heaven. By far the coolest place I ate at all vacation. Don’t miss it!

This place serves GINORMOUS portions of food, so be prepared. I had the shrimp quesadilla. It was juicy, and amazing. Oh, and they have a man going around singing and playing guitar. So much fun.

Burger Heaven. I wanted to ship this burger back to the states! Tears from my eyes the beef was so fresh and the shrimp tacos so tasty! One must take the time to visit the little town of San Jose. Not just for the great shopping but for this place.

It’s a burger bar, which is not my place of interest while traveling. And we didn’t eat here, but had a drink at the suggestion of our hotel concierge. It’s only okay. We had a margarita on the rooftop deck area, overlooking the little town. The margarita was fine – everything was fine, but not very interesting. The deck was a bit hot as the fans only sort of circulated the air, but the inside was AC cold and smelled of charred burgers, which when in a post-dinner sated state is not what one wants to smell. But hey. One can easily do better in this town, and you might consider just moving to your restaurant bar after dining – which is what we did the following night at another establishment. Much better!

It was the promise of air conditioning that drew us in. What a relief! However, the food was good too. We all ordered burgers. Now, you might think that risky in Mexico, but they were great. I asked for Gorgonzola on my mushroom burger, instead of the cheddar it was supposed to come with, and I loved it. Tasty homemade buns. The pickle lovers in our group indeed loved the pickles here – enough to ask for extras. Good(regular) fries and sweet potato fries as well. And, did I mention the air conditioning? Ahhhh!

Burger Bar, got it? So simple, eat burgers and drink adult beverages and everything will be ok. Best burger around, home made buns, as real as ground beef gets down here, home made pickles and fresh cut ultra thick fries. Double meat, cheese, fresh jalapeños and a few Pacificos is just what the doctor ordered(doctor of alternative medicine). Never tried anything else except the wings and they were good. When I go to a steakhouse I never order the chicken, so get with the program people!

Great place for a burger or wings. Outside of Buffalo, New York, these are the best wings I have had. They are crisp, arrive hot, not soggy and the sauces are terrific. Great bar with lots of TV’s showing all sporting events. As they are on the second floor, they also have a patio overlooking the main street. Each day they have a different special, which provides good value. Good food, good service, reasonable prices.

Fish tacos and coconut shrimp appetizer were ok. Nothing to write home about. I don’t think it was fresh. Fried frozen food.

We heard about Retro from another bar we were hanging out and heard that the former owners of Shooters now opened up this bar. We came for the playoffs when the Cahrgers were playing the ?. The Chargers won but for the life of me I can’t remember who they played against. Probably because the drinks were ½ price. The margaritas here are one of my favorite in this area. The Patio is beautiful with a nice view of downtown San Jose. We didn’t sample the menu much but I heard others raving about the burgers. The staff is on point and there are set prices so there are no surprises here. Happy hours seemed to last all day here and that was fine by me.

We came here to catch some football during the Seahawk’s march to the Superbowl. There was a large group of us so we reserved a large booth in front of the largest TV they have here. They have happy hour from 11−6pm which is 50% off a vast selection of drinks! The menu is fairly extensive ranging from tacos to burgers and plenty in between. My boy and I shared the Kitchen Sink Stone Bowl Fajitas(steak, chicken, chorizo) with fresh tortillas. SO good. One of my favorite meals of my trip. The guacamole was fresh and the salsa had a great kick to it. They had the usual beers on tap and in bottles as well as a full bar. There’s a ton of seating inside and out with great service. Our group was a rotating mish mash of people coming and going but our servers stayed on their game the entire(I believe) 4 hours we were there. The décor is bright and cheery — definitely a tourist place but fun regardless.
