I generally like this place. It’s cheap and it’s low key, yet it is still a full on establishment with table seating and wait-​service. Located off of Calle Observatorio, the area is pretty loud, and the restaurant seems to try to compensate for this with loud music or soccer commentary. However, if you go upstairs and sit outside on the balcony you can more-​or-​less get away from the noise. The seafood is pretty tasty and they have quite a few options. Don’t go out of your way to come here, but if you’re in the neighborhood and looking for something to eat this is one of the best deals around.

This place is near my work so I’ve been there 4 times. It’s food is good, but not exceptional. The service is slow at times. 3 of the 4 times I went, they had the music on too loud (and I was outside on the terrace). I gave this place 3 stars instead of 2 for one reason. It’s located on Avenida Observatorio where there is a real shortage of decent restaurants… so if you happen to work at the American School, the ABC hospital, or any other business nearby, this place is a good option.
