I enjoyed my experience at the restaurants but there were 5 star moments and 1 star moments.
5 star:
The atmosphere is great. I love the books on the wall, the old fashioned items around the place and the wood floors and tables. The server we had was extremely nice. He went out of his way to make sure we were happy and even knew some English in case we needed help. The roast beef burger was delicious. The black bun, the meat, and the condiments were great. The prices are very reasonable.
1 star:
The first beer I had was skunked. It was obviously very old and really gross. The «famous» potatoes they served were very undercooked and the salsas that come with were lacking flavor. And worst of all, when my friend showed up later, the waiter said he could not order food past this time. Then 5 minutes later, 2 pretty girls sat down behind our table, order drinks and food, and received the food and ate it 10 minutes later. It was obviously my 1 friend and I got good attention because we are girls and the other girls got attention but my friend that arrived later was a guy and he got screwed. I was pissed about this treatment.
