It was morning and I was walking by with my girlfriend trying to find a good place to eat breakfast while on vacation. I passed up Moon Star before because It was in the mall. So many other places should have good food and allow me to eat with a nice view right?. .. After all we are one vacation.
But for some reason I gave in I guess because of my willingness to try new things or just they fact because it was close and the menu looked like it somewhat catered to vegetarians.
Well we went and I just enjoyed everything! I had the spinach cheddar omelet and the Blueberry Waffle. Now the menu will say waffle topped with blueberries but I loved my blueberries inside and they did that for me no problem. It was great! The omelet was also very delicious and the service was great! I have gone back and will continue to go back. The price is low, the food is great! The only think they are lacking is the view.

We came here for breakfast with the family. It was a good combination of America and Mexican options. The kids loved their pancakes and waffles. The poached eggs were done to perfection. My shrimp fajita omelette was delicious. The service was also very good. It was faster than most Mexican restaurants we have been to. And when my son asked for more whipped cream they brought it right away. English was no problem. Would definitely come back. Only down side is the interior mall location.
