The Jazz Foundation

This wonderful venue has the potential of making a great impact in this community. I was glad to see young musicians participate in the jazz ensemble. The stage is very comfortable and the sound is amazing. The musicians on stage were obviously happy to be there, they played with a passion. On the culinary department, my friend and I shared the oysters Rockefeller and the garlic calamari. Both plates were tasty and beautiful too but warm, not hot as I expected to taste the oyster delicacy. Calamari was on point. The seafood’s pasta sauce was extremely thick and not delicious to my palate, there were six large plump shrimp and 2 ounces of over cooked salmon. The drinks were freshly made and I enjoyed the passion fruit Mezcal. This creole menu looks very delicious and it should taste as well. My recommendation would be to serve a variety of Mexican dishes that combined with Live Jazz or any genre would really be more successful. Thank you for the music.
