Awesome resort! Safe, clean and beautiful. We stay here everytime we go to rocky point.

There is no doubt in my mind that I will be staying at this resort again. Went to celebrate the birthdays of several friends, so we rented a few villas, condos and casitas. The service was top-notch, check-in was easy breezy, the villa we stayed in was gorgeous/spacious/nicely decorated and we just walked right onto the beach whenever the mood hit us. The birthday celebration, complete with dancing, bonfires, grilling and music was perfect. The great thing about the villas is that it is a beach house, complete with everything you need(semi-private patios, full-size fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fireplace, washer/dryer, garage, and any appliance you would imagine you might require, etc.) As the other reviewer stated, the pools and hot tub near the front/bar close early, but there is another pool(negative edge) more centrally located(just off the beach) that stays open until 12 and looks directly out to the sea. The villas(or at least the ones we rented) all had their own hot tubs(our had an electrical short, so that’s why I’m taking 1 star away) but the pool and ocean water temperatures were absolutely perfect, the beach was clean and there were very few vendors(but they weren’t bad and some of their items were beautiful and creative). You can also get a(very reasonably priced) massage on the beach with the sound of the sea behind you taking you away to wonderfully relaxing experience. The drive into the city is very short, and a great place to go pick up some delicious, fresh seafood to grill(or take home). This was my first trip to Puerto Penasco, and I already am excited to go back.

I have visited this resort twice in 2 years. The swim up bar is over-priced, but can be kinda fun. The pools and hot tub close at 9 pm PROMPTLY and if you’re in there at 9:01 security will be all over that. But in all its a beautiful resort, excellent views, high quality amenities, friendly staff, clean facilities, and a good price for a Mexican weekend getaway. I can’t give the place 5 stars because the poolside café isn’t open for breakfast and the resort is so far from downtown that there aren’t any other convenient options. A better choice would be Playa Bonita if you’re looking for a «central» location, but not far from Bella Sirena there’s a fun little place called The Hut that’s good for a party scene. I would not hesitate to come back here in the future.
