Ask any new homeowner, and they will tell you about the irritations they’ve experienced with their home alarms. I endured alarm issues from the first day I took ownership of my three bedroom Birkdale home. Irritations that seemed to be a part of my new life; the bloody alarm would activate for no real reason, and it would not activate when we wanted it to.
I tried two companies to fix it, and both declined, saying they don’t service Arrowhead alarms. Thinking I’m sitting with an exotic Chinese import, I was surprised to find Arrowhead’s factory and shop down the road in Rosedale. I popped in to see them, and they were happy to sell me a replacement sensor, plus they showed me new upgrades available.
The alarm works a dream now, and I’ve been back twice to get additional extensions for my alarm, and in both instances received excellent service.
They are more wholesalers to installers and alarm companies, but they are happy to help, a service that is rare these days.
