These days I’m gearing my look to be more hipster than anything else, maybe not ideal for someone that is showing a few grey hair, but a look that can easily cross the divide from pseudo intellectual post grad to young at heart corporate fellow.
Okay, okay, I still work in Media, and refer to myself as a writer, not that I’ve written anything more significant that this review. But it is how I perceive myself, and isn’t that why we wear fashionable clothes? I would say it is.
As for Black Box Boutique… No need to mention them in this review, their clothes and accessories needs neither an introduction, nor does it need a review. It is simply the «it» store of hipster fashion, and if you care for your image, then this is the place to visit.

Black Box Boutique = fashion. If you’re in to brands and the latest trends then chances are you’ve spent some time in Black Box Boutique.
Home to brands such as Dr. Denim, Black Noise White Rain, Stolen Girlfriends Club, Vanishing Elephant, Vans and Ksubi, you can find anything from knitwear, shirts, jeans, maxi dresses, shoes and jewellery to funky knick-​knacks, hats and sunglasses at Black Box.
My favourite pair of jeans is from this store. Purchased on sale for $ 100, my black skinny Dr. Denim jeans just keep going and going and look fantastic regardless of what I pair with them. Though I’d love to be able to own many of the things from Black Box, my bank account just won’t allow for this so I have to settle on buying just a few staple pieces from this store. But that’s what is so great about it — Black Box has everything, so while you may be tempted by lots, it’s easy to just pick out a few key items and go from there.
Though the staff are usually pretty friendly, I often find them a bit intimidating. They’re just too fashionable! I always feel like I don’t quite belong in stores like Black Box, but maybe that’s just me.
