Brown Reserve

This reserve is quaint and appealing — having spent many hours rehearsing scripts, drinking coffee and relaxing in the sunshine, in the midst of Ponsonby’s hustle-​and-​bustle.
It is positioned between Richmond Rd and Brown Street, has ample seating in a few different areas, two swings and a well groomed lawn to sit on.
The only draw-​back is sometimes the rubbish is over-​flowing which is unpleasant.
City parks/​reserves are a fantastic initiative in Central Auckland: definitely a place of choice to visit: read a book or just get a dose of vitamin D!
