This place always has poorly stacked shelves and a dirty feel. The meat section is organized by cut which doesn’t suit my brain when I’m recipe building, I prefer it to be organized by animal type. There are some gluten free products in one section on the shelves but very few organic products. Bonus is the opening hours, 24⁄7 otherwise I’d give them one star. The staff this particular time were quite rude and the poor elderly gentleman ahead of me gave up on swiping his One Card after several card read fails and with no offer of help.

Countdown is the old ‘Foodtown’ supermarket. This food paradise meets and fulfils most requirements, except good customer service. As you enter, the supermarket has an ATM machine, dry cleaners, lotto outlet and a florist just through the barriers for the shopper’s convenience. There is ample fruit & Vege, small bakery section, endless aisles of products offering plenty of fresh and packaged goods, poultry, dairy and frozen items. Oh, also great wine stockists! Plenty of Pinot, Syrah and Sauvignon Blanc! This place is open 24hrs I think, brilliant parking, 12-item express lanes, self check-out and great discounts with your ‘onecard’(loyalty) card! All we need now, is for the staff to smile!

Countdown Greenlane is Fantastic! A supermarket that has pretty much everything. And its 24⁄7 What else do you need? Oh and thumbs up for self-check out :)

What can you expect from supermarkets? The same thing. Except this is bigger, open 24⁄7(except public holidays), clean with massive big carpark.
