I called Dick Smith K Rd to ask them some technical information about XBOX360 and they were helpful on the phone, which translated also into my retail experience.
Both floor/​retail staff were friendly, asking me the necessary info to assess the issues with the XBOX360 — which they did at no cost! When does this happen in real life now — ever? So when I replace the gaming equipment I will be going to this shop! Great selection of games, computers, TVS etc… fab!
