Hell pizza in balmoral used to be a fantastic place with really good food. I have been going there for a number of years now. Recently their service has become slack. My order just arrived cold for the second time in a row(delivery). You guys need to pick up your game to keep loyal customers.

This is all the rage?! Really. I had a Domino’s $ 5.00 pizza the other day that was a thousand times better. Seriously! I ordered the Pride, a side of Kumara fries, Corn Nuggets and Crumb Camembert — it’s a lot but I wanted to have left-overs and a sample platter of goods. The pizza dough was not cooked enough. I ended up putting it in my toaster over to heat it up further. The sides were great, except you get two teaspoons of sauce. So use sparingly. For $ 33.00 I could have bought all of my ingredients and made a bomb pizza at home. If only my pizza stone weren’t in storage. Not impressed.

They say Balmoral, but this is far enough from the Balmoral shops that nobody’s managed to turn it into a Chinese restaurant yet. This place has the same menu as every other Hell Pizza, the same rockabilly design, the same slightly-goth girls behind the counter. What makes it special? Well, not much really. The food is what you’d expect from Hell, in style and quality. You won’t make any friends at the Heart Foundation, but neither will you hate yourself the way you do after eating at Domino’s. This branch has the added appeal of not being very popular, as far as I can tell, because whenever I’ve been it’s been pretty quiet, and I’ve never had to wait around for my order. The shop itself is pretty small, but this is fine considering the aforementioned lack of customers. If you’re in the area this is your best pizza option.
