As a hot yoga fan, Lululemon is the Mecca of yoga wear !
The clothing, not exclusively for the ladies has a men’s section too (I’m looking at you dad bod in my hot yoga class, please come here for some shorts !)
After having lived in Canada where this brand is from, when I came back to NZ I couldn’t help thinking that this store would do well here. Well hello Lululemon .
Having one of those indecisive shopping days I sadly left the store with nothing, but that’s not to say the friendly staff didn’t go out of their way to make sure I wasn’t fully informed of the in’s and outs of the clothes. Don’t worry I’ll be back to get one of those bra tops and a bag and while I’m ticking this all up, chuck in one of those mats .
If you like yoga or just want some cool looking active wear while you go to the dairy, this is the place to get it.

If you’re into sports & fitness and want to look good whilst doing it… then Lululemon is probably your favourite kind of store. Their designs are different and fun, but also practical and made to last.
The prices are higher than most but if you catch them on sale you can nab a good bargain.
Oh, and did someone say free yoga?! Yes, free yoga classes are offered in-​store every week.
Work out, and then buy a new training top!

I love clothes of all sorts, and probably should have more trouble than i do in parting with a lot of cash for something special. I also love exercise and am in workout gear at least 5 days a week.
This should mean that I’d like to spend money on workout gear, but I usually just can’t bring myself to do it. Lululemon might be the exception.
True story, lately every time I love someones sports gear enough to ask where they got it, it has been Lululemon. The stuff is colourful, flattering, soft, funky, practical and sexy.
The store itself is big and airy, colourful and friendly. The staff are the type of people that make you want to exercise but don’t make you bitter about it. They’re real people, which I love. Apart from the amazing yoga pants, tops, jackets, shorts and socks, they also have some of the best sportsbras i’ve found. Great for a bigger bust, and with a name like ‘Ta-​ta tamer’ how can you resist.

This is one of those places that makes two significant parts of my inner being fight like cats and dogs. On the one side we have the exercise fiend who works out constantly and loves being comfortable while doing so saying «this place is awesome. The clothes are different and unique and COMFORTABLE and sweat-​proof and practical and perfect!» On the other side we have the stingy Amy saying «oh come on do I really need to spend so much money on a flimsy piece of lycra?»
That is the dilemma I face whenever I walk past. But in all seriousness if you are an exercise junkie you at least need to experience one item of luxury workout clothing from Lulu lemon! There’s nothing better than feeling great when you work out and knowing that you look great too!
