Large corporate and faceless. All my dealings with Michael Page have been with non human inboxes. I don’t really understand how an interntaional recruitment company can operate without meeting any candidates, particularly for higher level jobs. They don’t give any information on consultant contact details and it feels like I have been dealing with a Matrix-style computer system!
On the plus side, they do have a massive database of recruiters and jobs so they offer something for everyone. If you are lucky enough to find a good fit in front of the computer screen they might be the perfect company for you, but I prefer a little more human interaction.
