Topshop

What I love the most about this Topshop is that we have one! Not just because we are FOMO on cheap, fast fashion in NZ, but because it has made every other store along Queen St have to raise their game with fit outs, displays and variety. It is this atmosphere that gets us excited while we’re in there, but don’t let the flashy lights take away from some of the quality of clothing. Buy the really stunning pieces, but save your money for the elementals to other, local and ethical stores.

Topshop has (finally) arrived from the UK — namely London. I was excited to see what fashion they would stock into NZ, after previously being a regular at Topshop London (Oxford Circus). The brand appeals to youth to hipsters to contemporary women. I noticed & liked some cool floral and clear raincoats for $ 90 (Wow) however they had a 30% discount on them! Jeans start from $ 90, most clothing is over $ 80 which is slightly dare I think. Topshop attracts many loyal and fashion-​centric people that purchase ‘statement’ & seasonal pieces for an occasion or there evolving wardrobe. Customer service needs some work — maybe just teething problems… however the store is worth a visit. Topman resides in Topshop, so you can take your boyfriend or girlfriend along without any dramas. Yah!
