Middle Earth Tiles

I have had my kitchen done with the white on white subway tiles. It looks great. However when you use dark grout the glazing cracks in the tiles do get exposed, making the look different from what you see in the shop. I didn’t mind this look but I feel the owners should have pointed this out. I mentioned this to them and they were very defensive and said almost nobody uses dark grout so didn’t feel that needs to be mentioned.
I was very disappointed that they didn’t take back the unopened box of tiles. It was past 30 days but they mentioned to me that the tiles i bought were their best sellers. I think it would have showed good costumer service if they would have. So tiles very nice, service not so.

We used middle earth tiles in 3 bathrooms. We didn’t mean to, but after the first bathroom looked so amazing we could not go anywhere else. Every tile looks different and the quality is AMAZING. The tillers were also great, the attention to detail was phenomenal. I would never go anywhere else. WIsh we could build a pool so I could do something amazing with tiles from here!
