All proceeds go to charity and the Malaysian food is very good. Thankfully my colleagues couldn’t finish their food so I was able to try many dishes! The rendang is very tasty, and mie goreng and nasi goreng were both very good also. Highly recommend it. Chilled out vibe and décor too. Definitely head here!

Authentic food, great drinks, and As a waitress there, I recommend the Char Qoay Teow, the Roti Chanai and the Laksa. Yes, they are the key dishes that would see if the Malaysian restaurant is authentic or not, from my experience, I can guarantee, and it is clear that Ngopi is actually authentic and would deserve a 5 star rating from me! Also, they are always looking for volunteers, if anyone need work experience, check out their websites and flick them an email on it.

Tasty malaysian food! A funky deco café serve great food and drink, they have milk tea which is servexactly cold or hot. And most importantly, a not for profit café, all profit goes to donation!

Ngopi is a N.F.P eatery that’s staffed by volunteers. The profit goes to Habitat for Humanity & A21 global campaign again human trafficking. Super cool.
They’ve left the space raw (concrete floors and brick walls) with graffiti covering the entranceway and a repurposed wood counter — it kind of reminds me of like a super rad den you’d hangout at university if you worked for student radio or something…
The food is Malaysian so already, I’m in. My dining date and I both ordered the chicken curry w roti. The flavour of the sauce was spot on — just enough spice. My potato was a little undercooked and the chicken meat a little fatty but still, I’d happily order it again.
